چکیده

هدف از این مقاله بررسی تأثیر سرمایه روان شناختی بر پذیرش دورکاری توسط کارمندان می باشد.
روش این تحقیق از جهت هدف کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق،
کارمندان واحدهای ستادی وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت است که در آن واحدها دور کاری انجام
می شود؛ در این تحقیق برای نمونه گیری، از گروه دورکاران به علت تعداد محدود آن ها از روش
سرشماری و برای نمونه گیری از گروه غیر دورکاران از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شده
است. با توجه به این که تعداد دورکاران 79 نفر بود، سعی شد بین همه آنان پرسشنامه توزیع شود که
از این تعداد 48 پرسشنامه معتبر شناخته شد؛ از طرف دیگر با توجه به تعداد 072 نفری نمونه غیر
دورکار، 332 پرسشنامه توزیع شد که فقط تعداد 022 پرسشنامه معتبر شناخته شد. ضمناً روایی و
پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مورد پذیرش قرار گرفت
و داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، آزمون معادلات ساختاری به کمک
نرم افزارهای SPSS و LISREL مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که
سرمایه روان شناختی کارمندان بر پذیرش دورکاری تأثیر می گذارد. هم چنین مشخص شد که از بین
ابعاد سرمایه روان شناختی فقط دو بعد امیدواری و خوش بینی بر پذیرش دورکاری مؤثرند

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Psychological Capital on teleworking adoption. The methodology of this study for purpose is implication and descriptive-survey type. The statistical society of this research was Ministry of Mine, Industry and Business. The data was gathered via standard questionnaires were distributed among teleworkers (n=84) and non-teleworkers (n=266) randomly selected from the society, validity and reliability of those questionnaire was measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis. Data analysis was performed by SPSS and LISREL software packages utilizing statistical tests such as: K-S test and Structural Equations Modeling.
The findings showed Psychological Capital effects on teleworking adoption. We also showed that only two dimensions of Psychological Capital (hope and optimism) affected on teleworking adoption
