چکیده

حکمرانی مشارکتی در آموزش عالی یکی از رویکردهایی است که با تمرکز با مشارکت و درگیرسازی تمامی ذی‌نفعان در امور ناظر به اداره مؤسسه آکادمیک ارائه شده است. این پژوهش باهدف اکتشاف مؤلفه‌های مراحل اجرا و تحقق حکمرانی مشارکتی در مؤسسات آموزش عالی انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر کیفی بوده و در پارادایم تفسیرگرایی و از دیدگاه هدف، پژوهشی کاربردی و از نظر زمان پژوهش مقطعی است. روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها تحلیل مضمون بوده و مشارکت‌کنندگان در آن اساتید و متخصصان حوزه حکمرانی و آموزش عالی بوده‌اند که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده و بعد از اشباع نظری به تعداد 14 نفر رسیدند. گردآوری داده‌ها نیز از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، باتوجه‌به کدگذاری صورت‌گرفته و مقوله‌های احصا شده، می‌توان برای مراحل اجرا و تحقق حکمرانی مشارکتی در مؤسسات آموزش عالی چهار مرحله را متصور شد: 1- مرحله آگاهی و آگاه‌سازی.2- ارزیابی.3- بهبود.4- مراقبت و نگهداری است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که تحقق حکمرانی مشارکتی باتوجه‌به شرایط کنونی مؤسسات آموزش عالی و مفادی که این سبک از حکمرانی در جهت ارتقا کارایی و اثربخشی آن‌ها به همراه دارد، گامی مهم در جهت افزایش موفقیت آموزش عالی کشور خواهد بود.

چکیده [English]

Participatory governance in higher education is one of the approaches that has beenpresentedd to the management of the academic institution by focusing on participation and involvement of all stakeholders in matters of oversight. Thisstudy was conducted to explore the components of the implementation process and therealization of participatory governance in higher education institutions. The present research is qualitative and is applied research in the paradigm of ininterpretivismnd from the point of view of pure pose and cross-sectional in termsof research time. The method of data analysis was thematic analysis and the participants were professors and experts in the field of governance and higher education who were purposefully selected and after theoretical saturation reached 14 people. Data collection was done through semi-structured interviews. According to the coding and the included categories, the research findings show that four stages can be envisaged for the implementation and realization of participatory governance in higher education institutions:1-Awareness and awareness stage.2-Evaluation.3-Improvement.4-Care and Is maintenance. The results show that the realization of participatory governance, given the current situation of higher education institutions and benefits this style of governance brings to improve their efficiency and effectiveness, will be important step to increase higher education success in the country.
