چکیده

در مطالعات مختلفی تأثیر مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر بر عملکرد نوآوری با توجه به نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی مورد مطالعه واقع شده است. با توجه به اهمیت بحث زنجیره‌تأمین، سؤال اصلی این تحقیق بررسی رابطه این دو متغیر با توجه به یادگیری بین سازمانی می‌باشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، پیمایشی – همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کارشناسان و مدیران فنی و غیر فنی  زنجیره‌تأمین شرکت ساپکو هستند که تعداد آن‌ها 220 نفر می‌باشند. به منظور جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر مقیمی و رمضان (1390)، عملکرد نوآوری خیمنز-خیمنز و همکاران (2008) و یادگیری بین سازمانی اریک تی.جی. وانگ (2012) در اختیار جامعه آماری قرار گرفت که در نهایت تعداد 202 پرسشنامه به طور کامل توسط جامعه آماری تکمیل گردید. برای ارزیابی پایایی گویه‌های پرسشنامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و شاخص پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد. برای ارزیابی روایی پرسشنامه دو معیار روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا به کار گرفته شد. با توجه به مقادیر شاخص‌ها پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه‌ها مورد تائید قرار گرفت. همچنین برای تعیین اعتبار سازه از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد، با توجه به اینکه بار عاملی تمام گویه‌ها، بالای 5/0 به دست آمد؛ نشان از روایی ابزار سنجش بود. در این تحقیق جهت آزمون مدل مفهومی تحقیق از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری توسط نرم‌افزار LISREL، استفاده شد که نتایج حاکی از برازش مطلوب مدل بود. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر این است که مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر عملکرد نوآوری دارد و یادگیری بین سازمانی در این رابطه نقش میانجی دارد.

چکیده [English]

In this study, by using structural equations of modeling approach, attentions are paid to investigation of effect of pervasive quality management on innovation performance with inter-organizational learning mediator role. This thesis is practical in the aspect of goal and it is Survey – Solidarity in the data collection point of view. Statistical population of this study were managers, technical and nontechnical experts of supply chain of SAPCO company who are more than 220 people. Total quality management questionnaire of Moghimi and Ramezan (1390) and innovation performance of Jimmenez et. al. (2008) and inter-organizational learning of Erick T. J. Wang (2012) were spread over in statistical society that eventually number of 202 questioners were completed thoroughly. Fluency of questionnaire was confirmed by a group of professors. Then, in order to determination of validity of structure, CFA was utilized. Considering this fact that load factor of all items was more than 0.5, it can be shown that evaluation tools were fluent. Stability of questionnaire was also obtained by Cronbach,s alpha coefficient that this coefficient for pervasive quality questionnaire was 0.96, for innovation questioners was 0.89 and for inter-organizational learning questioners was 0.94 . In this survey, for conceptual evaluation model of survey, LIRES software was used which resulted in desired fitness of model. It means that total quality management has positive and negative impact on innovation performance with inter-organizational learning mediator role.
