چکیده

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، معرفی الگویی است که به کمک آن بتوان ویژگی های فرهنگ کار و تلاش در سطوح مختلف، اعم از یک صنعت خاص یا سطوح منطقه ای و ملی را به تصویر کشیده و تحلیل نمود. برای این منظور، با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای متنی، تلاش شد تا با بررسی متون علمی و مذهبی، کدهایی که نمایانگر ارزش‌ها و هنجارهای فرهنگی مطلوب و یا نامطلوب کار و تلاش در جامعه‌ی ایرانی- اسلامی هستند، شناسایی شوند. یافته‌های پژوهش که با توجه به نظریه‌ی تحلیل میدان نیرو تبیین گردید، نشان دادند که ویژگی های فرهنگ کار و تلاش در قالب دو دسته ویژگی‌های پیش‌برنده و بازدارنده قابل تبیین هستند؛ به گونه‌ای که این ویژگی‌ها دارای رابطه بیرونی منفی با یکدیگر بوده و در درون نیز دارای اجزایی با رابطه متقابل مثبت هستند. بر مبنای این الگو، بهبود و ارتقاء فرهنگ کار و تلاش در یک جامعه مستلزم تقویت ویژگی های پیش برنده و تضعیف ویژگی های بازدارنده ای است که سست کننده کار و تلاش می باشند. به این ترتیب نیل به وضعیت مطلوب فرهنگ کار و تلاش می‌تواند از طریق دو دسته از اقدامات ایجابی و سلبی امکان پذیر گردد که در اقدامات سلبی تلاش مدیران باید معطوف به تضعیف ویژگی‌های بازدارنده و در اقدامات ایجابی نیز این تلاش‌ها باید معطوف به تقویت ویژگی‌های پیش‌برنده باشند.

چکیده [English]

This research aims to design a model that can illustrate and analyze the features of work culture in different levels such as a specific industry, regional or national. For this aim, using the content analysis on academic experts’ opinion, scientific and religious text, the values and norms that are representative of work culture in Iranian society were identified. Using the force field analyses theory, findings were analyzed, and it is founded that deriving and restraining forces are two factors that forms the Iranian work culture. Furthermore, it is was founded that externally, these forces are negatively correlated to each other but internally, their attributes are negatively interrelated. Therefore, reinforcement of each attribute can lead to increase of other similar attributes and finally, weakening the other deriving or restraining factor. As a general conclusion, it can be said that to attain ideal work culture, two types of positive and negative actions are necessary. In negative actions, managers’ decisions are toward weakening the restraining forces and in positive actions, toward reinforcement of deriving forces.
