چکیده
ورود سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی در دو دهه اخیر بطور عمده در قالب شرکت مشترک بوده است چون برای دولت میزبان، شرکت مادر و شرکت سرمایه پذیر بترتیب منافعی از قبیل بهبود شاخص های اقتصاد کلان ، کاهش ریسک و هزینه و جذب دانش و فن آوری را در بر دارد.
اندیشمندانی مانند بلونجین دو برابر شدن حمایت دولت از شرکت های مشترک را موجب شش برابر شدن حجم سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی می دانند. مدیران ایرانی شرکتهای مزبور هم حمایت یاد شده را برای موفقیت خود کاملا لازم و موثر ارزیابی کرده اند.
نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می دهد دولت با افزایش برازندگی فرهنگی اجتماعی و آموزشی و ارائه انواع حمایت هایی که در فرضیه های تحقیق صورتبندی شده اند می تواند موجبات ماندگاری سرمایه های داخلی و افزایش کمیت و کیفیت سرمایه گذاری خارجی را فراهم آورد.

چکیده [English]
In the last two decades, the FDI entry mode has been in the
form of Joint ventures because for host government, mother company and domestic company has benefits such as: improvement in the indexes of macro_ economy, Reducing risk & expenditure and the assimilation of knowledge & technology.
The scholars like Blonigen ( 1996) assume two folding the government
support for J.V.s,
Bring about six folding the volume of FOI. Iranian managers of these
companies also have evaluated such a support as necessary and effective for their Success.
The results of this paper clarifies that the government can furnish the motives for enduring the domestic investment and increasing the quality & quantity of FDI by increasing the Sociocultural fitness & educational fitness and giving different kinds of supports formulated in the research hypotheses.
