تدوین الگوی اقدامات اثربخش در مساجد

چکیده

یکی از مهمترین موضوعاتی که توجه محققان سازمانهای داوطلبانه را به خود جلب کرده شناسایی اقدامات اثربخش در مدیریت این سازمانهاست. تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی عناصر الگوی اقدامات اثربخش که بخش فرآیند در سیستم مدیریت اثربخش مسجد را تشکیل میدهد، صورت گرفته است. روش طراحی الگوی مفهومی در این پژوهش، مفهومسازی عملی منفرد است. از روش دلفی برای تأیید الگوی طراحی شده استفاده شده. گردآوری اطلاعات از منابع مختلف علمی و دینی انجام شده است. در این پژوهش، اقدامات مسجد به سه مؤلفهی حاکم کردن ارزشها، وظایف عمومی و مدیریت عملیات تجزیه شده است. طبق نظر خبرگان، هر سه مؤلفهی فوقالذکر تأثیری برابر در موفقیت و اثربخشی مسجد دارند. شاخصهای همسو کردن اقدامات با ارزش‌های مسجد با امتیاز 8.35، رهبری معنوی با امتیاز 8.55 و الگو برداری از رفتار معصومین (ع) با امتیاز 8.60 بیشترین اهمیت را به ترتیب در سه مؤلفهی حاکم کردن ارزشها، وظایف عمومی و مدیریت عملیات کسب کردهاند.

چکیده English

Mosque is one of the institutions intermingled with the life of majority of Muslims but the issue of mosque management is yet to be neglected. This study has been made to identify the elements of effective practices model in the mosques that serve as process for the effective performance system of Mosque. The method of conceptualization in this research is isolated operational concept. Delphi method has been applied for confirmation of designed model. Information collecting has been done through different scientific and religious sources. The identified components for mosque's effective practices are: governing values, functions and operation management. According to the experts and Freedman ranking test, all of the components have the same significance. Matching the practices to values (8.35), spiritual leadership (8.55) and benchmarking from Shi’ea Imams' behavior (8.60) are the most important indicators in above-mentioned components respectively.
