چکیده
هدف از انجام این تحقیق شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود بهره وری مدیریت مواد زاید جامد شهری در کلان شهر تهران است. برای این تحقیق پژوهشگران پس از مطالعات میدانی، مرور مبانی نظری و مصاحبه با افراد خبره در این زمینه، پنج عامل مهم را شناسایی نمودند. این عوامل عبارتند از"بهینه سازی تکنولوژی جمع آوری و حمل و نقل مواد زاید جامد"،"بهینه سازی تکنولوژی دفع مواد زاید جامد"، " توجه به امر بازیافت زباله "، " ایجاد فرهنگ تولید کمتر زباله در بین خانوارهای شهری " و " آموزش بهداشت و افزایش آگاهی مردم. اطلاعات مورد نیاز تحقیق از ۱۰۰ نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان مواد زاید جامد شهری به کمک پرسشنامه دریافت شد.
پس از جمع آوری داده ها، با استفاده از آزمون کای دو تک متغیره به آزمون فرضیه های تحقیقی پرداخته شد. نتایج حاصل از آزمون کای دو نشان داد که همه این عوامل بر بهبود بهره وری مدیریت مواد زاید جامد شهری در کلان شهر تهران مؤثرند.

The purpose of this research was to analyze factors that have impact on productivity management improvement in big cities. Reviewing literature indicates that optimizing solid waste transportation and technology, recycling waste and cultivating a culture of less garbage production among families, public training and health can be among the most important and influential variables, in this respect.
Different types of data first and secondary and information , pilot study were collected and analyzed statistically. Testing hypotheses and research findings revealed the degree of significance and influence of each factor under study.
In conclusion, applied and academic recommendations were suggested with regard to analytical information to municipality administrators and future researchers
