چکیده
از اصول مهم در بهبود مدیریت در هر سازمان، بکار گیری روش های علمی تصمیم گیری است. امروزه از چالش های عمده مدیران ارشد سازمان ها بررسی علمی عملکرد واحدهای تحت مجموعه مدیریتی خود و ارزیابی موثر آنها می باشد. ارزیابی موثر می تواند برای شناسائی نقاط ضعف و قوت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. از متدهای موجود ارزیابی عملکرد جهت کمک به تصمیم گیری بهینه مدیران ارشد، تکنیک تصمیم گیری چند شاخصه VIKOR میباشد، که در مقایسه با سایر تکنیک های تصمیم گیری چند شاخصه دارای مزایا و برتری هائی میباشد. در این مقاله ابتدا مدل های تصمیم گیری توضیح داده خواهد شد . سپس روش VIKOR تشریح میگردد، بدنبال آن این روش با سایر روش ها مقایسه شده و در انتها گروه های پژوهشی در پژوهشکده مهندسی جهاد کشاورزی با استفاده از روش VIKOR و سایر روش ها رتبه بندی خواهد شد. این تکنیک قابل تعمیم برای کلیه مراکز پژوهشی است که دارای خصوصیات مشابه با سازمان مورد مطالعه می باشند.

چکیده [English]
Using the scientific decision making methods is one of the basic part of the management in every organizations. Nowadays scientific survey of the organizations performance is one of the most important problems of the managers. The efficient evaluation can be used for determining the strength and weakness points. VIKOR is one of the methods of performance evaluation for helping managers in optimal decision making that has some advantages in compare of other techniques. At first this Article explain the Decision Making models then the VIKOR method is explained and compared with other methods and at last the research groups in the Engineering Research Institute are ranked with VIKOR and others methods. The VIKOR technique can be used in other organizations that have similar specifications with the sample organization
