چکیده

برای بهبود عملکرد سازمان، روش ها و فنون مختلفی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. نسبت به ماهیت مسئله و فعالیت سازمان، اندازه آن، منابع انسانی و دیگر عوامل اثر گذار کاربرد چنین فنونی متفاوت است. در این مقاله ارتباط بین مهندسی مجدد و فن آوری اطلاعات و تاثیر آن بر عملکرد و فعالیت کیفی سازمان مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد. روش شناسی مهندسی مجدد و نحوه اجرای آن با توجه به مراحل مختلف فعالیت های سازمان نیز مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار میگیرد.

To  improve organization performance, a variety of techniques and procedures are applied. With respect to  problem nature and  organization activities,  its size, human  and financial  resources and so on, the application  of such  techniques  is different. In  this  article, relationship between reengineering  and information Technology  and their  impact on organization Quality activity and performance will be evaluated. Reengineering  methodology and  the way it  is implemented regarding  different  organization activities will  be analyzed as well.
