Today a large number of employers and Employees are willing to
apply flexibility patterns, but each for different purposes. On the one hand, Employees in our days need to balance life with work. A good way to help them achieve such balance is the use of flexibility patterns. On the other hand, employers are also going to use flexibility patterns for financial and business purposes. Therefore, one of the most important challenges that human resource management has faced during the past few years was the idea of flexibility. Flexibility patterns are wonderful idea to create a new resource for the company and the work. During the last decade flexibility patterns have attracted much attention and interest, most of which has been due to the environmental encourages and pressures. This article aims at studying the relation of flexibility patterns with each other, as well as the relation between these patterns and the number of the required staff.

Recognizing and measuring of intellectual capital (IC) is on the agenda of most 21st century organizations. The purpose of this paper is to describe intellectual capital and IC elements and also to present a review of some of the most commonly known intellectual capital models. This paper, is structured into two sections. The first section proposes definition of intellectual capital and IC elements. The second section focuses on importance of measuring intellectual capital and commonly known IC measurement models. For this, a wide review of literature was made. In almost every created intellectual capital measurement model, elements of IC are defined in three dimensions; i.e. human capital, customer capital and structural capital.

Present article concentrates on investigation of effective factors on customer profitability with B2B approach in Isfahan city hotels. Factors such as 1) diversified package ofroom, food and beverages; 2) location of the hotel; 3) popularity; 4) focus on room's markets; 5) focus on food and beverage's market; 6) customer mix; 7) customer ancillary expenses on hotel in different revenue spheres and 8) price structure on costumer profitability with B2B approach have been tested. Establishment of project management department shows development dimension of economic corporation and encouragement of project - based organizations approach. Today, project management has influenced the strategies and operational processes of organizations. Information age and information technology projects have increased the sensitivity of using project management and its applications. Technology management is considered as two sides of development issues . from its subjects, technology transfer process is one of the issues which is prerequisite of technology and industry development. Its interaction with different stakeholders, comprises complexity. Technology transfer process, includes stages as, acquisition, absorption, indigenous development and mastering and diffusion of technology. This paper tries to reveal the role and application of project management in different stages of technology transfer process and show its benefits and offer useful suggestions. Project management techniques can be used appropriate tools to assist technology managers in effective technology management. In the research presented in this paper, after reviewing the relevant literature, a questionnaire has been designed for investigation of project management role in technology transfer projects. The questionnaire have been sent to 30 technology transfer project managers. The results show that about 86 percent of participants believe that project management plays important role in acqumng technology development and innovation through technology transfer projects. In addition, 63 percent of participants, believe that applying project management techniques has crucial in technology transfer success.
