Abstract
Employees and managers communication as a organizational internal communication area has drawn many organizational managers and researchers attention. As there is a direct relation between empl• oyees and managers communication and organizational success, the communication improvement can be ended in developing employees relations and organizational development.So, The objective of this article is to introduce a model for assessing and planning employees and managers communication that has designed in Iran khodro company. thus, at first we have discussed about the important and necessity of employees and managers communication, obstacles on their communication, their communicative competencies and messages that they have to exchange. then, we will explain on the research methodology, its results, and improvement opportunities.
