The weak of traditional and market-based models m Public Administration for give a good response to current dynamic and complex processes of public decision making, resulted in the move in the public sector during the 1990s from concern largely with excellence in service delivery to a concern for good governance. But, there are few terms which are as vague in social science as "governance". however, when we want to measure the quality of governance we have to have some understanding of what governance comprises. This article review international projects and works of researchers about measurement of good governance process. then, we analyses quality of good governance in Iran. Research findings show that Constitution of Iran emphasizes on good governance indicators. In practice, also findings show improvement in good governance indicators after the Islamic Republic of Iran

Ecotourism is a sector of Tourism industry with a 30 percent annual growth. Considering the wide range of out-standing natural attractions in Iran, this country has been rated as one of the 5 leading countries for its natural attractiveness, as a result by further investment in local and international ecotourism, while redistribution of incomes throughout the country could be realized, a huge volume of foreign exchange revenues would be attracted by this country. This research investigates major factors which could affect on the interest of Tehran's people in Ecotourism in terms of two overall groups of variables, "destination based" and "intrinsic motivations". In this survey research a questionnaire was prepared and distributed among 500 sample people selected from the considered population (people of Tehran). Answers were analyzed by SPSS statistical software and major destination based and intrinsic motivational factors were identified as a result. Meanwhile the responder's preferences regarding the types of natural attractions, types of accommodation facilities and types of tourism information sources were assessed. Implementation and development of knowledge management in organizations require the establishment of "learning centers" as a part of knowledge management systems. This article reviews the organization' learning centers as an institution for offering various services of design implementation, and evaluation of training programs and also preparing required circumstances for the implementation of knowledge management projects to the realization of learning organization. These centers are inseparable components for every kind of strategic plan and action in any company. There are also some suggestions for the implementation of the projects like suitability of the learning center with the nature an characteristics of the company and so on.

Productivity is regarded as the most significant mission in modern organizations. Yet, the most important problem facing Iranian organizations , the low rate of productivity. Although various factors play important roles in the productivity of an organization, human factor seems to be the most significant concern. Ability and motivation of the employees, as well as their situational concerns, are the maim determinants of human effectiveness. Studies (Deci, 1975; McClend, 1962) revealed that effective people practice mostly based on their internal motivations than external stimuli. Based on the studies and theories provided by Bandura, McClend, Ratter, and Smith, this essay, which is the report of a comparative study, tries to seek answers to the following. questions: 1- What are the internal motivation resources which affect human productivity? That is, which of the personal features of a person is effective in his/her internal motivation, and thereby, in his/her productivity? 2- Is there any relationship among various personal features, which are effective in his/her productivity? 3- Are there common features in different personal aspects which are effective in individuals' productivity, based upon which and relying on strong psychological theories, one can introduce a pattern and profile for an effective person?
