چکیده
امروزه سیستم‌های نگهداری و تعمیرات (نت) نقش بسیار مهمی در ارتقای کیفیت تولید و نگهداری ماشین‌ها و تجهیزات تولیدی در شرایط قابل قبول و استاندارد ایفا می‌کنند. میزان اثربخشی یک برنامه نگهداری و تعمیرات پیشگیرانه توسط اندازه‌گیری شاخص‌های مربوط و پایش آن‌ها در طول زمان تعیین می‌شود. رویکرد مرسوم در پایش و کنترل شاخص‌ها محدود به مقایسه آن‌ها با استانداردهای موجود (محدود به برخی صنایع و تجهیزات) و یا استفاده از نمودارهای روند می‌باشد. با توجه به نقاط ضعف هر یک از دو روش، در این مقاله از نمودارهای کنترل کیفیت آماری استفاده شده‌است. رویکرد پیشنهادی در یک سازمان تولیدی داخلی به‌کار گرفته شده‌است. مقایسه نتایج حاصل‌شده با نمودارهای روند (رویکرد فعلی) نشان از برتری رویکرد پیشنهادی دارد.

Monitoring Preventive Maintenance Performance in Automobile Industry

Maintenance systems are important for maintaining machines in operational status, reducing the associated costs, and for improving the quality of services and products. Productivity of a preventive maintenance (PM) program is evaluated based on several indices. Indices are monitored periodically to reflect corrective action in a PM program. Traditional approaches in monitoring indices are to compare them against available standards, or to implement run charts. Following disadvantages of these two approaches, this study proposes statistical quality control charts to monitor the indices. The proposed approach has been implemented in a domestic company. The observed results over a ten months period favorably compete against the traditional approaches.
