The present study has been done to determine the relationship between positive organizational behavior and organizational silence. The statistical population consisted of staff offices of Sepah Bank (1905 people); Using Cochran''''''''s formula, 320 people were selected stratified randomly as samples. As for the research objectives, the present study can be classified as an “applied research”, while as for data gathering, it is descriptive as a cross-sectional survey. Data reliability and validity were assessed using Cronbach''''''''s alpha coefficient and consulting managers of Sepah Bank as experts, and the result was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis technique. The research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling technique based on the results of the LISREL software. Hypothesis test results indicate that the positive organizational behavior has a significant negative relationship with organizational silence. Also results show that all dimensions of positive organizational behavior has a significant negative relationship with acquiescence silence, but about the quiscence silenence, only negative relationship with self-efficacy was confirmed and the relationship of hope, resilience and optimism was not significant with quiescence silence.

Organizational commitment as one of the important organizational variables can be influenced by leadership styles and their behavior. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of ethical leadership on different dimensions of organizational commitment. Thus, we first described ethical leadership and organizational commitment and their dimensions. Then, by reviewing the literature we proposed some hypothesis to investigate the effects of the dimensions of ethical leadership on organizational commitment. Next, we collected data from the target community. Then, by using exploratory factor analysis we examined dimensions of ethical leadership and organizational commitment that it was determined three dimensions for each variable. Dimensions of ethical leadership includes morality and fairness, role clarification and power sharing and dimensions of organizational commitment are affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Then by using confirmatory factor analysis and AMOS software we examined the hypothesis. The results show that role clarification is effective only on affective commitment. Morality and fairness are effective on affective and normative commitment. Power sharing has an impact on all three dimensions of organizational commitment

Organizational Deviance and misbehavior or the dark side of organizational behavior has been a matter of research during the last two decades. Social undermining is an interpersonal insidious misbehavior and is significantly associated with employee's outcomes if it continues over time. The effects of social undermining on employee's commitment and job involvement were tested among employees of Iran's presidential center for innovation and technology cooperation. The data gathered by distribution of questionnaire among 158 employees using random sampling method. Results show that social undermining by coworkers and supervisors has considerable effects on employee's job involvement and affective and normative commitment, but as predicted, not on continuous commitment. Moreover, based on fairness theory, the hypothesis of the mediating role of conscientiousness in the effects of social undermining on job involvement and organizational commitment was developed and tested. It is advised that organizations should consider preventing actions, training and counseling employees to minimize social undermining behavior and its consequences on employee's outcomes

The purpose of this study was "Relationship between psychological empowerment and Effective factors of the productivity of human resources. This study was a descriptive study that was conducted in manner correlation and the type of target, was applications And the survey was used for gathering data. all facilities department staff of different branches of Bank Melli of Mash’had were chosen randomly as the sample. The data were collected by the Spreitzer’sstandard psychological empowerment questionnaire with a 92% reliability coefficient as well as the Goldsmith’s Effective factors of productivity of human resources standard questionnaire with a 93% reliability coefficient. The data were also analyzed by the Pearson’s correlation test, linear regression analysis, and T-test. The results show that psychological empowerment and Effective factors of productivity of human resources have a positive and significant relation (52%) and based on the findings, the psychological empowerment predicts a 30% of productivity for human resources among the staff. As can be suggested by the results, the factor impact as one of the psychological empowerment components with a β= 46% has the most meaningful effect on the Effective factors of productivity of human resources with a 5% level. The positive coefficient suggests that the higher the factor, the higher the productivity for human resources. It is recommended that organizations apply the different methods for the psychological empowerment creation and reinforcement to improve the productivity of human resources and ultimately the organizational productivity.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between transformational and transactional leadership style among the employees' job satisfaction in the Directorate General of Telecommunication in the province of Hamedan.Research methodology is descriptive and the correlation of structural is equation modeling. Counted community includes all the employees and according to Kregecie and Morgan chart and using classical random sampling is collected from 220 (114 females and 106 males) employees. Two questionnaires were used for data collection, including1. Questionnaire Bass and Olive leadership style and 2.job satisfaction. To obtain validity and content validity formal methods were used. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient is calculated through the order for job satisfaction/088, Transformational style/086and transactional Leadership Style /091 respectively. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and t-test for independent groups, ANOVA and stepwise regression. The data collected were analyzed using statistical SPSS.Results show: The application of transformational leadership style is above average, but a transactional leadership style and employees' job satisfaction rate are moderate. There are significant positive correlations between transformational leadership and job satisfaction, but there are not significant positive between transactional leadership and job satisfaction

Research method was descriptive-exploratory method and also it was applicable one. For gathering data, questionnaire was used and research validity and relaiability was testified by content validity, construct validity and then alpha cronbache. The population of this research were the representatives of Karafarin insurance company in Mashhad which has 120 personnel. The sampling method was randome simple sampling. To analyze the data of different methods of statistical analysis, such as Pearson correlation analysis was used. Results show that extraversion, consistency and openness to experience influence networking behavior. extraversion aspect has more impact on developing networking communication. Consistency aspect influences networking communication usage and maintenance. Also this is true about openness to experience.
