This article has been written to research about pathology in Administrative and financial deputy of the Iran Ministry of Commerce and indicates its strengths and weaknesses in four criteris: Management System and Managers. In this research, Kolmogorov – Smirnov test is used to determine normality of 29 indicators. All indicators are normal and importance of each of them is determined by Student's T test. In each of four criteria, determined indicators are ranked by Friedman test. Thereafter, proposed strategies are ranked by Chi – Squared test in each criterion. In managers’ criteria, "job enthusiasm, motivation and willingness to work" and in management system criteria, "management knowledge of policies" have top ranks among indicators. In managers’ criteria, "training" and "performance management" and in management system criteria, "training", "performance management" and "policy" have the most frequencies among proposed strategies. Due to research developments in social and human sciences, scientists have come to this conclusion that having command over all aspects of a subject is almost impossible. Therefore, they tried combinational studies which would provide them with the extract of the current studies related to a special subject in a more systematic way. Due to the importance of the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, this study has reviewed 8 articles aiming for merging quantitative results of studies regarding the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior in Iran, using meta-analysis method and comprehensive meta-analysis software (CMA2).The results of meta-analysis indicates that there is a higher than average relevance between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior (with average effect-size of 0.6). Among the transformational leadership attributes, idealized behaviors with the effect-size of 0.62 has the greatest effect-size regarding organizational citizenship behavior and individual considerations with the effect-size of 0.54 has the least effect-size regarding organizational citizenship behavior.

In today’s era Organizational Capacity for Change (OCC) is an important and strategic capability and a source of competitive advantage for organizations; therefore the strategic thinkers should go beyond the daily managerial processes and crises to focus on developing the capacity for effective response to the environmental uncertainty. In this study 29 governmental organizations were surveyed. The level of Strategic Thinking and OCC in each organization was evaluated and the relationship between these two concepts was investigated by correlation test. In this research Liedtka’s model of Strategic Thinking and Judge’s model of Organizational Capacity for Change have been used. The results showed that organizations with higher level of Strategic Thinking have greater Capacity for Change. Furthermore, it was determined that there are positive and meaningful correlations between each element of Strategic Thinking (systems perspective, intent-focused, intelligent opportunism, thinking in time and hypothesis-driven) and OCC. The statistical analyses also demonstrate that there are positive and meaningful correlations between Strategic Thinking and both human capital and social infrastructure attributes of OCC.

Researches show that much than 70% change efforts have been failed to realize the expected goals. One of the main reason for this failure, is the non-alignment between power types and change. In this paper, the alignment between power and change types and its effect on the performance improvement were investigated in 18 commercial companies of Defense Ministry, being active in trading (non-military) market. The present research is descriptive-expressive in terms of goal, applied-developmental in terms of consequence and mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of data type. In quantitative research, 105 questionnaires were collected from the strategists of companies. In this research, "the model of structural equations" and especially the technique of path analysis were applied to study the relationships between the research variables, employing the Software smart PLS, v. 3.0; "cluster analysis" and "variance analysis" were performed by the Software SPSS, v. 19. Also, the qualitative data from the structured interviews made with 36 senior managers was analyzed by content analysis, and the criterion for comparing the performance of the companies was determined by Delphi technique. The results of variance analysis test indicated that the companies, where change and power types are more aligned, have a higher performance.
