There are no any illustrations about how to choose strategic control tools based on environmental situations in the strategic management literature. The purpose of this study was to develop a new model to make links between strategic control tools and environmental scanning. The result of distributed questionnaires and data collected from managers works in Iranian Electronic Industries (IEI) shows that environmental munificence( availability of resources), environmental dynamism( amount of change and uncertainty), and environmental complexity were the most important variables which influence on strategic control in defense industrial companies. According to suggested model in turbulence environments managers will choose the strategic leap control tools including things such as strategic issue management system, and strategic analysis system. However in the stable environments managers may choose strategic momentum control including responsibility center management, critical success factors control, and general strategies management.

The main purpose of this research is to provide a good insight into the use of analytic network process (ANP) that is a multiple criteria decision-making methodology in evaluating supplier selection problems. Supplier selection problems are complex problems, which have many qualitative and quantitative concerns. In this study, an ANP model as a framework for evaluation purpose, the most important factor and selecting strategic supplier is proposed. Analytic network process can be use as a decision analysis tool to solve multi-criteria supplier selection problems that contain interdependencies. ANP is a complex methodology and requires more comparisons than the traditional AHP and it increases the effort. To show the application of the proposed model a case as an example is proposed.

VIKOR is one of the methods of performance evaluation for helping managers in optimal decision making that has some advantages in compare of other techniques. In Spite of the importance of marketing concept in public and non-profit organization as well as in private sectors, there is no evidence to show a sufficient attention among Iranian public organization. According to Developed countries researchers, these public organizations receives a number of considerable budget and their performances have so much effects on so many people however, unfortunately most of these organizations are not efficient and effective. As approved in developed countries researches, marketing discipline can help these organizations to deliver their services more and more effective to their customers. Nevertheless there are not sufficient practical approaches to show case the beneficial usage of marketing discipline in Iranian organizations. In this regard, based on a research which defined in a project in Iran Telecom Research Center (ITRC), we try to define an heuristic approach for defining a place strategy as a one the main marketing mixes. These heuristic approach then implemented in a Telecommunication company as a case study. This paper will present this heuristic approach and its implications in a case study, with hope to help other public organizations to more reliance on marketing discipline including place strategy.

Good governance as a well known method in the public administration needs to transparency and responsibility. The right of citizens' accessibility of the information support transparency. Many of developing countries pay attention to this concept. This article adapted from the research that examines urban manager's attitudes about transparency and citizen rights. Research data gathered by interview and analyzed by content analyses method. Inquiries in the interviews are about the six factors affect on the inaccessibility of the information. Results show that from Mashhad's urban manager's viewpoint, citizens need to information but don't take enough action for accessing them because cost and any administrative difficulty. Mashhad's urban managers couldn't execute their informative duties along with citizens and lack of the legal mechanisms about information accessing by citizens was obvious.

The purpose of this research was to analyze factors that have impact on productivity management improvement in big cities. Reviewing literature indicates that optimizing solid waste transportation and technology, recycling waste and cultivating a culture of less garbage production among families, public training and health can be among the most important and influential variables, in this respect.
Different types of data first and secondary and information , pilot study were collected and analyzed statistically. Testing hypotheses and research findings revealed the degree of significance and influence of each factor under study.
In conclusion, applied and academic recommendations were suggested with regard to analytical information to municipality administrators and future researchers

Adverting can be done by using different 'media such as Radio, Television, journals, and news papers, brochures, Billboard, and internet. Internet advertising compared to traditional advertising enjoys considerable advantage and a lot of these advertising is related to computer products and services. Therefore, in this article the effectiveness of e-advertising on consumer behavior of computer products and services has been studied. Research method is descriptive of survey type. Since according to previous studies most internet users one young generation. 193 graduate and undergraduate students of Allameh Tabatabae'i University graduate and undergraduate students who have seen internet advertising during 1387 were selected by using clustering sampling method. The most important findings is that e-adverting of computer products and services has been effective and content factor and flesh design are the most important factors from the consumer perspective of computer products and services.

Electronic banking is a crucial product of the Internet and information technology. The importance of electronic banking increases day by day due to growing economic relations between countries. Man tends to develop simpler methods and mechanisms, and this encourages to revise our financial and economic activities and try to innovate new methods to facilitate bureaucratic processes within the banking system. However, founding an electronic society, in addition to completing infrastructures and updating the software basis, requires creating a new culture. Hence, identifying characteristics and needs of the people using this electronic society may be very important in encouraging individuals to enjoy advantages of electronic banking. This research intends to make a survey into demographic characteristics of clients and the inclination toward electronic banking. Regarding the nature of the research, a descriptive research methodology was used and the data gathering was performed through distributing inventories. To gather data the inventories were distributed and samples were selected randomly. 400 inventories, including the questions, were distributed among clients of Bank Persian in Karaj County, and 262 clients of the bank were chosen as the population determining the sample size. The research results show there is a relation between sex and electronic banking, and as well between marital status and electronic banking. In addition, findings of the research show the existence of a relation between the age, education, income and occupation of the people and their inclination toward using electronic banking.
