The main purpose of the research is to identify and explain the Effective factors and outcomes of Level five leadership using the Delphi Fuzzy technique. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey. Also in terms of typology of research, it is a mix research with qualitative and quantitative approach in inductive deductive paradigm. The statistical population of the research is knowledge based companies in Lorestan province, with 30 of their experts selected according to the principle of theoretical adequacy and using a targeted sampling method.The validity and reliability were confirmed using CVR coefficient and Kappa-Cohen test. In the quantitative section is a pair wise questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed using content validity and retest were used. In the qualitative section, the qualitative data obtained from the interview using Atlas.ti software and the coding method was analyzed. In addition, in the quantitative part of the study, Delphi fuzzy method was used to determine the priority of the five level Leadership most important factors and outcomes. The results show that among the important factors of five level leadership, temperamental temperance, humility and self-esteem, high emotional intelligence, and courage in innovation as the most important accomplishments and factors leading the level five in knowledge based organizations. The results also indicate that the long-term horizons for the organization, modest leadership, deep dissemination, and mentoring, coaching, mentoring, and organizational management are among the most important consequences and outcomes of the five level leadership in the knowledge based organizations.

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational forgetting on the knowledge management establishment. This research has survey-analytical method and is applied in terms of objective. The statistical population consists of 526 librarians and library directors at non-medical universities of Tehran and then 169 subjects are selected based on random sampling and Morgan table and studied by the questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient is utilized for data analysis and then the construct validity of research variables and its derived indices are investigated by confirmatory factor analysis test. . The results suggest that organizational forgetting (deliberately) to create, store, share and apply knowledge and forgetfulness unintended positive effect of these factors has a negative effect. In conclusion, based on test results made recommendations regarding the use of incentive mechanisms and reform of business processes and management of libraries provided by librarians who use them will result library to the knowledge of more.

Workplace deviant behavior is one aspect of organizational behavior which due to its cost, has grabbed the attention of organizational behavior experts in recent decades. Studies on the origin of workplace deviant behavior reveal that organizational cynicism is one of the most important factors which affects deviant behavior. Workplace deviant behavior due to cynicism is influenced by the leadership style because the leader’s actions directly affect employee’s behavior. When employees perceive the relationship with their leader is valuable they may reciprocate by, for example, displaying more positive behavior. In contrast, when employees perceive underrated feedbacks by their supervisors, they are expected to respond in a negative way in order to restore the balance. This study investigates the effect of organizational cynicism on the tendency towards deviant behaviors and the moderating effect of leader-member exchange between organizational cynicism and tendency to deviant behaviors. Using a sample consisting of 136 employees in an oil contracting company in Asaluyeh, this study found organizational cynicism affects positively on the tendency to deviant behaviors and leader-member exchange has moderating effect between organizational cynicism and tendency to deviant behaviors.

The purpose of this research is to identify the mentality of a private company employee in relation to electronic monitoring of employees at the workplace. This research based on its` purpose is an applied research based on the method is descriptive and in collecting and analyzing data is qualitative-quantitative. The statistical population of the study is all managers and employees of a particular company using various electronic tools for controlling employees. The data collection tools are structured interview and Q table. In the qualitative section, different ideas about electronic monitoring extracted from structured interviews with 5 employees of the company which analyzed by thematic method. Subsequently, in the quantitative section, by completing the Q tables in 24 tables, and analyzing the data obtained from factor analysis method, the mentality of the individuals in each group was identified and analyzed. The results of this study show that there are six different employees `s mental patterns about electronic monitoring in the company and each of these mentalities have different concepts and characteristics.

Frederick Herzberg was a psychologist who presented a theory of two-factor health-motivational in 1975. Herzberg's theory has identified a set of factors that discribes job dissatisfaction, which introduces these factors as a maintenance factors ( in some articles has been defined as Hygiene Factors). He also describes the set of factors that cause job satisfaction and motivation in the job as motivating factors (in some articles has been defined as Motivators). Despite the current uses of this theory, more criticisms have been made by experts on this theory from a different perspectives . Accordingly, in the first part of this paper it has tried to explain the subject of motivation and discribe the two-factor theory of Fredrick Herzberg in details. In the second part, it has been studied the philosophical review of the theory from the perspective of ontology, epistemology, nature of human, methodology, and also critique of this theory from a symbolic-interpretative viewpoint.

The existing knowledge concerning the determinants of exporting entrepreneurship is both scant and scattered. In order to cover this research gap, the aim of this research is to study the effect of two intangible resources (entrepreneurial orientation & learning capability) on entrepreneurial export. Because Strengthening the international entrepreneurial qualities in an organization by using these resources creates a sustainable and non-impartial competitive advantage for the organization. Based on what has been discussed above, a conceptual model is proposed tested among small and medium sized enterprise in food industry(Golestan, Nobare sabz, Kadbanoo company , Komaje saba, Dashte neshat, Mahrad, Iran chashnee, … ). The sample consists of senior managers and marketing experts in these firms. Also, sampling method is non-random sampling. Research method was used in this study is questionnaire . Eventually, 195 questionnaires were gathered and analyzed by equation modeling and Amos, Spss software. The result showed that entrepreneurial orientation have positive effect on entrepreneurial export. Furthermore, only risk taking is effective on entrepreneurial export among three dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation. Market learning capability have influence on entrepreneurial export. Also, it is a full mediation role in the model.
