Project’s is considered a convenient space for learning, due to the temporary nature of the projects, this learning does not become institutionalized in project-based organizations (PBOs). Certain models have already been presented in the area of operational organizations in order to form the concept of a learning organization (LO), but these models cannot be used to integrate the learning concept into this type of organizations. By literature review of learning in project-based organization and by identifying 4 subjects of this field a primary model for PBLO is developed. This study examines the efficiency of a primary model of PBLO by conducting a qualitative research on two PBOs in the oil and gas industries. It then revises the model accordingly to present the final model. The data was collected from interviews with 20 individuals in the PBOs. A total of 615 statements made by interviewees were coded and summarized as concepts of the model. Since the qualitative approach to LOs has been neglected and no study has addressed the issue of PBLOs, this research presents an innovative study.

One way to increase productivity is selection of qualified staff.Assessment center and the development are including ways that are used with aims of people selection, promotion and education. The staff performance evaluation is performed to survey their behavior, capabilities, growth and prosperity to achieve the organization’s goals. This study aims at showing that data based on the assessment center results (the competency of staff) to what extent offer a significant relationship with the staff performance scores. So, participants of the assessment center were clustered first according to data of the assessment center and second based on the evaluation of the 360 degree performance. In this study, self-organizing maps have been used for segmentation of people and the data were analyzed by version 5 of Discovery Profiler software. According to Chi 2 agreement test’s results, obtained parts of the performed clustering with two methods, did not show any relationship. But based on correlation coefficient, there is a significant and positive relationship among selected people of the assessment center to develop and evaluate their performance

The aim of present research is to explore the environmental factors that affect the Iran’s parliament members’ perceptions in legislation process. To conduct the study, grounded theory approach was used. Judgmental Sampling method was applied and continued until theoretical saturation was reached. We gathered data using semi-structural interviews with sixteen parliament members and collecting parliament related documents. 53 codes, 9 concepts and 3 categories were emerged during coding process. The relationship between categories was described through six propositions which were grouped in two main propositions. The results show that the environmental factors that affect parliament members’ perception consist of two categories of external and internal environmental factors. External environmental factors include political-legal pressures, economic pressures, social-cultural pressures and technological pressures. Internal environmental factors include organizational structure and procedures, and organizational culture. Perception was the core category of the research which consists of two sub-categories of direct and indirect cognition and three concepts of sense-making, sense-giving and sense-breaking
