To begin with, the chaos theory is used to understand and predict random attitudes of complex systems concerning the nonlinear reciprocal effect of their components. Besides, the pivotal point of chaotic systems is that they are sensitive even to the minimal changes in the primary conditions of complex organizations. One of the procedures of modeling framework improvement prone to chaos theory is paying attention to the role of communication canals that are the main elements of complexity of modem organizations. In this article, on communication networks of individuals within the organization in the complicated type, the capability of complexity of organization is being studied, using the chaos theory. In addition, the purpose of the mentioned issue is not its remedy. Quite the contrary, it is a comparison about the communication structures of multi-agent organizations through determining the probability entropy and measuring uncertainty function prone to the significance of prediction and accounting of complexity and using the matching probability function with the new projects in communicational canals and also the capabilities of the individuals within the data processing. However, using the concepts and accounting based on the actual data and functions determined by Polay's approach and accounting entropy of functions, the model is expected to predict and affect the integral attitude in co-ordination with the complexity. Consequently, the results show that the flexible communicational networks are necessarily proportionate with any project in any particular period of time and with the capabilities of individuals and instruments involved in the project. In conclusion, it is not sufficient to use one particular ultimate network in the management of the

Sustainable agriculture is one of important components of sustainable development, which is known as the appropriate approach for 2151 century for lives of a considerable fraction of people in third world.
Unfortunately, despite the importance of agriculture in Iranian economy, the potential role of sustainable agriculture approach in resolving the current issues of agricultural sector, and creation of long-term sustainability, sustainable development and agriculture have been remained demoted to translation of some definitions and articles.
This research considers the discussion of fundamental differences of
livelihood, business or industrial agriculture and sustainable agriculture; and investigates the challenges of business or industrial agriculture and the concept of sustainable agriculture from the perspectives of management, sustainable agriculture paradigm (sustainable development paradigm and sustainability model), definition of sustainable agriculture, sustainability framework (four social, economical, natural, and political dimensions of sustainability), determination of the differences to be made for establishment of sustainable agriculture as the result of changes in the environment. Also, considering the set of research findings, this research suggests the consecutive actions to be taken in different levels of agriculture sustainability, including utilization level, village level, zone level, province level, and national level.

In today's world, the only way to creating wealth in organizations and societies is gathering capitals of knowledge. The natural and human capitals turn into wealth when they are with the knowledge capital. Organization power today resets upon possession of knowledge-wealth as well as on taking all-out advantage of the collection of creative competencies of mind which in tum pave the ground for further development and progress. organizations and corporations have come to a conclusion that nothing but knowledge can enable them to gain an advantageous stance in today's world competition. Consequently, the employees of an organization, as the genuine possessors of knowledge as well as vitally important investments of the organization, have attracted immense consideration. The knowledge management, as an instrument can gather the existing knowledge and expands it, and distributes through organization. But, experiences of many of companies regarding knowledge management have failed. This means that not pertinent pattern has been adopted for assessing knowledge management which has been taken into account as a temporary and transitory process.
In this research, influencing factors of knowledge management have elaborated and a model for assessing knowledge management in industrial organizations of Iran has been presented on the basis of these factors. Besides, the level of knowledge management can, too, be identified through the said model. The factors include knowledge exploration, knowledge creation, knowledge exporting, knowledge distribution, knowledge expansion, and knowledge maintenance. Each of these factors further subdivides into other elements.
The research method is surveying and case study. Two large manufactures of automobile industry of Iran, which has credited the highest achievements in the field of knowledge management, have been singled out as the subject of research. By ascertaining relevant information from experts of the two large manufactures as well as through carrying statistical viewing of the data thus the final analysis and scrutiny conducted and subsequently necessary conclusions and suggestions submitted so as the aforementioned model could be able to demonstrate its practicality.

Decision making by managers of different organizations is not something merely quantitative but it needs synthesizing and processing quantitative data and qualitative knowledge. With regard to the nature of the problem, dynamic behavior of managers, and complexities of strategic decision making, artificial neuron networks may be a good help for decision makers. These networks are helpful since they copy and represent the natural ones. The value of neural network technology lies in its application for recognizing patterns, learning, classification, generalization, summarizing and interpreting incomplete inputs. Neural networks are potential factors for providing some human characteristics which are used in problem solving. Simulation using logical and analytical techniques and decision support systems or even expert systems is difficult. The aim of this paper is, as well as presenting new findings, to describe the application of artificial neural networks in strategic decision making by managers. In this paper, the artificial neural networks are discussed to use a decision model within comparative strategic decision making in management. It describes the way networks are applied and accepted within strategic decision making. In chapter one the literature of artificial neuron networks is reviewed. In the second chapter, the principal idea of strategic decision making framework and, on the third, how to make a decision model based on artificial neuron networks are discussed. On the whole, the main purpose of the paper is to understand the human natural neuron networks and to reconstrnct this function artificially to use it in strategic decision making. In summary, artificial neuron networks learn from experience. They are used for making complex and repetitive decisions. They focus on the known patterns and are able to decide and predict on the basis of the previous instances. In future, decision making techniques of artificial network will be applied for all strategic cases and for every strategic case a unique artificial network will be planned and different decisions will be made.

The past two decades have witnessed great interest into market orientation concept, based upon the premise that such activities enhance business performance. However, evidence has not confirmed regularities in different international market settings.
This study investigates the market orientation construct and its measurement and its influence on the performance and the moderating role of environmental factors on the relationship between market orientation and performance.
Through a survey administrated to 373 companies in Iran, 141 usable responses were received representing a response rate of 37.8 percent. Financial performance was measured both subjectively through the questioners and objectively through the data extracted from financial statements of company's annual reports.
The findings show that market orientation has a significant and positive influence on both subjectively and objectively measured financial performance. Buyer power plays a limited moderating role in the effect of market orientation on the subjective performance, while market turbulence and competitive intensity show no moderating role. Finally implications of these findings for practitioners and academicians along with contributions to marketing literature are discussed.

This study aimed to provide a model for the career path strategies of managers in the Iranian insurance industry. The research method is qualitative in terms of the nature of the research and applied in terms of purpose. The Participants whose number was determined based on theoretical saturation are the insurance industry managers selected by systematic sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, and data analysis was performed using a data-based method. The results indicate the identification of causal conditions affecting career path strategies, including career path anchorages, objective and subjective career path plateaus; The main phenomenon in career path strategies, including networking, self-presentation, and interpersonal attractions; Background conditions and environment affecting career path strategies, including clarity of career path steps, costly view of education and gender; Interfering conditions affecting career path strategies such as job-to-job fit, meritocracy system, and job fit to individual interests; Strategies and actions affecting career path strategies such as human capital, communication and technical knowledge of individuals; The consequences of career strategies were such as recognition, independence and flourishing of the talents of insurance industry managers in Iran.IntroductionThe career path is one of the key and important pillars of human capital because it is related to people's working lives and can play an essential role in the success of employees and organizations (Vos et al., 2021: 286). In this regard, career path management in a new approach is a tool for implementing human resources development programs to establish a balance between individual and organizational needs (Niri et al., 144:1400). In fact, career path management by providing a clear perspective creates conditions in which managers reach a balance between the formation of a psychological contract related to the development of the career path and job security in the path of agreement (Hirschi & Koen, 2021:115). In this regard, career path strategies are considered one of the most important topics in career path management. In recent decades, managers and employees have used career path strategies for career advancement and success. They consider themselves among their main work programs (Santos et al., 2019: 418). However, the concept of career path strategies, one of the important aspects of individual career path management, has received less attention in this industry. Based on this, it can be said that one of the research gaps in the development strategies of human resources in this industry is the examination of the strategies for the career advancement of managers with a new approach and considering today's highly competitive and challenging environment. With the investigations carried out in the existing literature in this field, it was found that no study has been conducted to explore the factors and fields affecting managers' career path strategies, and there is a theoretical and research gap in this field. The distinguishing aspect of this research from previous research is that the previous studies have either introduced different types of career path strategies or simply determined the type of strategy used and its effect on job behaviors and attitudes in a limited area. The current research seeks to explain a relatively comprehensive model of career path strategies, factors influencing their emergence, background conditions, mediators, and consequences of career path strategies in the insurance industry in Iran. Based on this, the main question of the research has been stated as follows: What is the career path strategy model of insurance industry managers?Research methodologyAccording to the purpose, the current research is fundamental and applied and is based on the qualitative method of data-based analysis and the Strauss and Corbin method. It includes the three main stages of open, axial, and selective coding. The statistical population of the research includes all senior managers of the insurance industry in Iran who have five years of management experience. This research used the theoretical sampling method due to the foundation's data theorizing, and theoretical saturation was achieved after conducting the tenth interview. In this research, the validity and reliability were checked with the criteria of validity, transferability, reliability, and verifiability. The results of these codes showed an overall reliability equal to 89%, which indicates an acceptable reliability.Discussion and ResultsThe analysis of the results showed that the causal conditions of this research included the effective factors on career path strategies. Meanwhile, the interviewees confirmed the anchors of the career path, which include the manager's preferences and interests in the field of work. The first category: The main phenomenon: The main phenomenon in this research is career path strategies. According to experts, the most important strategy insurance industry managers use in their career path is networking. According to the experts, the second strategy that seemed important was to become a candidate or present yourself. The experts also agreed that a person's personality, passion, abilities, and skills can provide them with a better career path. The second category, Strategies: Based on this, the experts stated that in the insurance industry, people's technical knowledge and skill training are very important. Because the world has moved towards skill training, degree-oriented has no place in organizations. The third category, Contextual factors, and the governing platform: Experts said this category is not given much attention in the insurance industry in Iran, and the majority agreed that looking at education in this industry is a cost perspective. Therefore, on this basis, they suggested that the academic system should be strengthened in the insurance industry. The fourth category: In the field of job security, most of the surveyed experts stated that job security is not very important in the insurance industry because the contracts are short-term, and some experts also stated that anyone can understand and interpret job security. They also stated that the concept of balance between work and life is different from the point of view of different people, and the more a person moves to the higher side of the organization, the more this balance is disturbed. The fifth category, Consequences: According to experts, the more people participate in circles and expand their networking scope, the more they become known, and this knowledge provides more responsibilities for them and causes people to have a higher sense of independence and satisfaction in their career path.ConclusionAccording to the research findings, practical tips are suggested for insurance companies about managers' career path strategies. Since about 90% of the experts stated that each of the managers had different strategies in the context of their career path, organizations have designed their career paths according to their mission and existential philosophy. Therefore, it is suggested that the companies active in Iran's insurance industry provide an atmosphere indicating freedom and diversity in choosing a career path in their organizations to meet managers' expectations.
