Abstract Export   of  non-oil   products   is  one  of  the  mam   topics   that   has  been investigated by academic, political,  and social circles in recent years and all has concensus  on it's promotion. This topic has been studied from different perspective  mainly from structural and SUPPLY  side, This paper looks at non-oil export from DEMAND  side. With this orientation we have used LINDER, s theory as our theoretical base and further  have  investigated  the effect  of change  in  per/capita  income  on the direction of Iran,s non-oil export. The  result   of  this  study  indicate  that  as  Iranian  per/capita   income  has decreased  ,  lran,s  Non-Oil  export direction  has shifted  from countries  with higher   per /capita   incom   (Europe   continent)   to  countries   with   similar per/capita  income category with Iran. (Asia Continent)

Abstract This paper deals with the impact of the use of strategic control variables on the effectiveness  of active  Iranian firms in Tehran's  stock exchange from 1327 to 1379. The results of this research show that all sample firms used all strategic  control  variables  but the  level  of their  use  is  not  appropriate. Edditionally, sample firms that used strategic control variables  more had more effecitiveness.  In the other words, this stud'y results show a linear correlation  between  the  criterion  variable and predictor strategic control variables

Abstract for  many  years  the patterns  of imported  Western  management  have  been applied unquestionably in developing countries without having expected effectiveness.  In spite of their effectiveness  in the motherlands,  the question is  why  these  patterns   have  not  been  successfully   transferred  to  other countries  if they are chaimed to be universally  valid? The objective  of this paper  is therefore,  to investigate the various aspects of this question  and to seek some proper answers.  In pursuit of this objective, those restrictions  and obstacles  which  present  themselves  as  the  most  important environmental challenges  in the way of transferring and adopting these imported patterns of management  are analyzed. Abstract Although  many  researchers   in  recent years  in Iran· have  directed  towards study of the role of the government  in  creating appropriate  atmosphere  and incentives  for  industrialization,  no  attention  has  been  paid  to  supportive policies,  and  government  assistance  to  manufacturing  firms  Of different sizes. The main objectives  of this research is,  1) to differentiate nature and amount of support for small manufacturing  firms from medium and large enterprises, 2 ) to determine  the effectiveness  of the government  policies  and assistance   provided in the last tow decades, and 3) to detect the areas in which manufacturing firms seek assistance and support. The result indicated a significant difference between small firm's owners/managers expectations  and the actual assistance  provided. The research  further revealed  that; from  19 possible  assistance  areas that is fully  of  partly   expected   from  the  government,  only  physical   facilities (provision   of  land),   and   bank  loans  to  construct   production   plant   is sufficiently allocated.
