In the past, attentions are given to theory making, research and application of positivism in psychology field, but today the positivism researchers have found the way into organizational studies. Application of the positivist psychology in organizational field is titled as "Positive Organizational Psychology". In field of positive psychology application, in organization and management areas, two major approaches of "Positivist Organizational Behavior" and "Positivist Organizational scholarship" are discussed. In recent years, the researches in this field have mainly focused on positivist organizational behaviors. In this study, the effect of organizational positive virtuousness which is one of applied fields of positivist organizational researches, on organizational commitment and work engagement has been studied. The present research, in terms of goal is considered as applied and it is survey method. The research population includes the employees of the organizations in charge of reconstruction in Rasht city and the tools applied in this research are the standard questionnaires of organizational virtuousness, work engagement and organizational commitment. In order to analyze the data, the confirmatory factor analytic technique and the structural equation modeling has been used. The data analysis results confirm the presented conceptual model. Also, the research results show the positive and significant effect of organizational positive virtuousness on organizational commitment and work engagement and confirming positive and significant effect of work engagement on organizational commitment in 95 percent confidence level.

Today, in organizations large events happen because of influence from environmental factors, competition, changes. Art of people is adaption to new working and organizational environment and prevent of it’s domination on their spirit, and also this is the art of personal and management. One of the most important and sensitive issues is occupational Plateau that completely recognition that can be overcome to any adversity and it’s cause. This study from Dimension of The purpose is application and from Dimension of method is survey method. The overall objective of this study is: The effects of job characteristics on occupational Plateau in Welfare Organization of East Azarbaijan Province. The population of study is 230 employees. The questionnaire collected information that the operational definition based on job characteristics and occupational Plateau by Hokman and Oldham’s theory and another is based on the theory of Bardwick. SPSS software was used to measure the reliability that, 0/730 and 0/760 were obtained . Questionnaires, collect the resulting data, summarization, and classification and using descriptive and inferential statistics (test Regression two variables) were analyzed. The results indicated that job characteristics and it’s dimensions on occupational Plateau in staff of Welfare of East Azarbaijan province are effective.

Technological innovations, as a respond to the pressures of external environment, originating from the mental forces of company or enterprises that today was, discussed in the term of organizational intelligence. Prior research had paid attention to the effect of organizational intelligence on technological innovation. Based on this, the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational intelligence on technological innovation in knowledge - based enterprises. For this purpose, 93 employees of enterprises, in Fars Science and Technology Park (FSTP), were studied and data were gathered. Finally, the structural equation modeling with partial least square was used to examine the hypotheses. Results show that, organizational intelligence has a positive and significant effect on technological innovation. Also, it was determined that, strategic vision, alignment and common fate, respectively have more positive effect on technological innovation. As a general conclusion, increase in organizational intelligence lead to technological innovation in knowledge - based enterprises.

Thinkers of management regard the methods of managing and leadership of an organization from viewpoint of treating with colleagues and the manager’s attitude to organization in staffs’ reactions as an important factor. They believe these reactions as the final motivation for a better function or the loss of stimulation in staffs. Hence this is very important for leaders to try to have a good understanding of their subordinates’ locus of control in order to know motivation and the stimuli. In this direction, different researches have studied the effect of leadership style and locus of control on the organizational commitment separately, but researchers have not examined directly the relationship between leadership style and organizational commitment by regarding the staffs’ locus of control as a moderating variant yet. For this purpose, a sample size of 92 managers and staffs of Export Guarantee Fund of Iran were selected by simple random sampling method. The results indicatethat the proposed model is a good fit and staffs’ locus of control explained the effects of leadership style of managers on organizational commitment as a moderating role.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the knowledge management enablers and its relation with the knowledge management processes in the Parsian International Hotels of Tehran. The main competitive advantage for the hotels at the current competitive area is their ability at knowledge management and the most essential investment is the knowledge that they have access to. The pioneer and leader hotels of the global markets are those that can dominate the greatest, the most authentic and the most updated human knowledge related to their business and also in order to implement the knowledge management makes some physical and logical changes and create special structures. Therefore, for the establishment of the knowledge management as knowledge management infrastructure and also knowledge management enablers, some preconditions are introduced, which this paper explores their relation with knowledge management processes in hotels. In this study, we used the GH model (2008) for knowledge management enablers, and Hisig model (2000) for knowledge management processes. The research method is descriptive and analytical survey. The statistical population of this study includes directors and senior managers of the various parts of Tehran’s Parsian hotels. The tools applied in this study were two researcher made questionnaires which were based on Lickert spectrum. For analysis of the relationship between the enablers of knowledge management and knowledge management processes, structural equation modeling techniques and Pearson correlation are used. Research findings confirm the propos conceptual model of research. We conclude that knowledge management enablers and knowledge management processes are linked directly. The results also revealed that there is the most correlation between organizational culture and knowledge dissemination,and the least correlation between information technology and knowledge creation.

Business Intelligence provides suitable solutions, advance tools and technology to prepare suitable strategy to achieve competitive advantages and timely and intelligent decisions in order to assist managers.The present research considered the relations between business intelligence and psychological empowerment of the Sepah Bank employees of the city of Tehran. The research is considered as practical one and done through the surveys method; and its statistical society consist the experts and directors of the Sepah Bank in Tehran.The questionnaire of the research consisting of a closed method of five variations (questionnaire of BI made by researcher and the standard questionnaire form of psychological empowerment of Weteen and Cameroon) considering reliance, meaningfulness, consequence, self efficacy and self determination. The reliability of the questionnaire according to Cronbach’s alpha coefficient 82/1 and 90 and the validity of them is obtained %70.The amount of 224 persons from the experts and directors of the Sepah Bank being selected for the study by the suitable sampling method where analyzing information consisting of description statistical method and comprehensive Piarsoon method.The research shows that there is a significant relation between business intelligence and dimensions of five variations of psychological empowerment. The reliance determined as the grade 1,self determination grade 2 ,personal consequence grade 3, self efficacy grade 4 and finally the meaningful dimension grade 5
