This Research adopts a new approach to civil rights and government services, with the aim of providing a model of community-based human capital management in the public sector. This is an applied research that has been done with an exploratory strategy and a qualitative method. In order to collect information, we use references and articles related to the topic and semi-structured interviews with managers and experts in the field of human resources and for data Analysis, thematic analysis method was used. The suggested model has five dimensions: prerequisites, barriers and facilitators, content and consequences. Interpretation of research findings showed that the lack of a basic strategic orientation and incorrect common beliefs between individuals are one of the important barriers to community-based and the most important way to remove these barriers is "supporting managers" and " Identify and reinforce common true beliefs". Redefining shared values through dialogue and participation and “coordination between government organizations" will further facilitate community-based accountability to increase the responsibility of individuals and citizens

The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of work- life balance on psychological safety of staff with the mediating role of organizational optimism. The study in terms of purpose is practical and in terms of methods of data collection is survey from group of descriptive researches. The statistical population is female faculty members in the faculties and research institutes of Shahid Beheshti University 163 persons, The number of statistical samples obtained is 65 people. The tool of data collection is questionnaire of work – life balance provided by Agha et al. (2017) and questionnaire of optimism provided by Carver et al. (2010) and questionnaire of psychological safety of staff provided by Maslow (2004). Data analysis was performed with Structural Equation Modeling approach (SEM) with partial least squares method through Smart-PLS 3 software. The findings of this study showed that proposed research model is validated and based on it; Work- life balance has led to organizational optimism and this has an impact on psychological safety of staff. Also, organizational optimism variable plays an intermediary role in the relationship between work – life balance and psychological safety of staff.

Business model innovation is defined as new, non-partial and designed changes in key elements or the architecture of the relationships between these elements in a company's business model. BMI is a large new form of organizational innovation that requires theorizing, implementation and testing. In recent years a lot of research has been done on the subject of business model innovation and has faced an exponential growth in the interest of researchers and executives. This highlights the need for more conceptual and empirical research on BMI and some refinements in this area in order to gain a better understanding of this phenomenon. In this article, while reviewing previous research related to this field in the period 1980 to 2020 in Scopus database, using the Meta-Synthesis qualitative method, the business model innovation drivers are identified and categorized. Finally, 9 drivers (Competitive pressure, technology pressure, external environmental changes, external stakeholders, market development opportunities, management thinking model, internal challenges, internal capabilities and internal strategy stimulation) were identified by explaining their impact on business model innovation and a conceptual model is presented.

The aim of this study was to present a causal model of factors affecting the formation of organizational forgetfulness in government organizations using structural equations. The method of the present study is descriptive (non-experimental) and the correlational research design is structural equations with the least squares method. Participants in the present study included managers and experts of government organizations in Tehran. According to Cochran's formula, 234 managers and experts of government organizations in Tehran were selected as a statistical sample using simple random sampling. The standard questionnaire of Huang et al. (2018) and Yeh et al. (2020) were used to measure the research variables. This questionnaire consists of 24 items. Questions were measured based on a five-point Likert scale (strongly disagree = 1 to strongly agree = 5). The internal consistency coefficient of this questionnaire was 0.85 using Cronbach's alpha. Findings indicate that the impact factor of knowledge management and experienced manpower on promoting organizational resilience and interpersonal communication is significant at the level of (0.01). Also, promoting organizational resilience and interpersonal communication have a significant effect on random and targeted organizational forgetfulness, and meritocracy plays a moderating role in the organizational forgetfulness model. The results showed that 29% of the variance of organizational resilience promotion, 78% of interpersonal communication, 69% of random organizational forgetfulness and 55% of targeted organizational forgetfulness are explained by the research model.

The aim of this study was to design and validate an anxiety management model in consumer behavior during the economic embargo on Iran. The approach of this research is deductive-inductive and from the perspective of the purpose of a fundamental research that has been mixed with the research method and based on empirical philosophy. The community of research participants in the model presentation section included theoretical experts (university professors) and experimental experts (executives and industry and business owners), 20 of whom were selected using purposive sampling in the ISM section. have became. The statistical population of the quantitative section including consumers of capital goods and samples in this section were estimated 384 people using Cochran's formula and were selected by Two-stage sampling method. Data collection tools were library studies and the use of a researcher-made questionnaire. In the qualitative part of the research, the meta-combined method has been used and the initial model has been designed with the ISM method and finally validated with the partial least squares method.
