Moonlighting is a widespread and increasingly prevalent phenomenon in today's society, forcing human resources managers to develop new strategies for managing their workforce by deeply understanding this pervasive issue and its causes. Thus, the typology of moonlighting and its causes as well as alignment checks were the goals of the current study. In terms of its primary goal, the method utilized to collect qualitative data, and the Meta-synthesis methodology, this study is qualitative. For this purpose, a new configuration of the moonlighting phenomena was provided using the seven step model of Sandlovsky and Barroso. In this study, reliability was evaluated using Holstein's method, while validity was checked using Glynn's checklist. After examining and analyzing the results of the systematic review, four types of moonlighting—compulsory moonlighting, targeted moonlighting, full moonlighting, and hybrid moonlighting—as well as three categories of environmental, occupational, and individual antecedents—were discovered. After placing each type of moonlighting according to the components of the three antecedents, the moonlighting model was established as the cornerstone of organizational studies.

Organizational inertia leads to the damage and inefficiency in organizational processes and then the incidence of serious obstacles in the direction of achieving goals at micro and macro levels. Today due to the possibility of this phenomenon occurring in various organizations, and its role as the most important factor limiting flexibility and preventing the organization from providing a timely reaction and response to daily environmental changes, the importance of deeper identification of the causes affecting the occurrence of this phenomenon and its consequences has doubled. Therefore, due to the lack of a unified and coherent model around the causes and consequences of organizational inertia, the present research aims to systematically review and qualitatively combine the findings of previous studies regarding the issue of inertia in the organization and formulate a single framework of the causes and consequences of the mentioned phenomenon. The results of the present applied research indicate that the causes of inertia in the organization can be studied and investigated in three individual, group and organizational dimensions and its consequences in two individual and organizational dimensions. based on the mentioned cases, at the end of the research, the conceptual model of the organizational inertia was developed and presented.

Business model innovation is defined as new, non-partial and designed changes in key elements or the architecture of the relationships between these elements in a company's business model. BMI is a large new form of organizational innovation that requires theorizing, implementation and testing. In recent years a lot of research has been done on the subject of business model innovation and has faced an exponential growth in the interest of researchers and executives. This highlights the need for more conceptual and empirical research on BMI and some refinements in this area in order to gain a better understanding of this phenomenon. In this article, while reviewing previous research related to this field in the period 1980 to 2020 in Scopus database, using the Meta-Synthesis qualitative method, the business model innovation drivers are identified and categorized. Finally, 9 drivers (Competitive pressure, technology pressure, external environmental changes, external stakeholders, market development opportunities, management thinking model, internal challenges, internal capabilities and internal strategy stimulation) were identified by explaining their impact on business model innovation and a conceptual model is presented.

Nowadays, recognizing and applying managerial skills truly target their activities at achieving goals. The aim of this study is to present a model for measuring managerial skills in different organizational levels. Regarding method, this study has a mixed method (using qualitative meta-synthesis method and Delphi method in the first phase and quantitative survey method and its analysis by means of DANP method in the second phase). And, regarding the goal, this is a practical study. In the first phase of the study, all related research published in Iranian and foreign valid scientific databases were studied using meta-synthesis method and the model was confirmed by Delphi. In the second phase, the statistical population was consisted of all managers in South Zagros Oil and Gas Exploitation Company chosen by purposive sampling method. The results of this study shows that the dimensions of team working, technology and problem solving skills have the most importance among top managers respectively; the dimensions of technology, learning and communication skills have the most importance among middle managers respectively, and the dimensions of learning, communication and technology skills have the most importance among first-line managers respectively.
