The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the relationship conflict on the social undermining experience from the person who acts on this abrasive behavior point of view and who is treated with it, along with the role of gender demographic variable on this effect. The statistical population of this study were 243 employees of selected branches of Alborz Insurance Company in Tehran. Krejcie and Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. Reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed. The findings of this study showed that the relationship conflict has a direct and significant effect on the social undermining experience and abrasive behavior, and also by mediating abrasive behavior, it affects the experience of social undermining indirectly, that means, the conflict of relationship will result in employees behavior, who act on abrasive behaviors to reduce the effect of unfavorable conditions, this in turn has a negative effect on the audience of this behavior and provokes the experience of social undermining. However, the demographic variable of gender as a moderator does not affect the direct effect of relationship conflict on the experience of social undermining and abrasive behavior as well as the direct effect of abrasive behavior on the experience of social undermining.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational personality on safety performance by explaining the mediating role of job satisfaction. Statistical population in this study was employees of Tehran urban train company and suburbs. The Cochran's formula was used to obtain the sample size and the cluster and random sampling method was used to distribute the questionnaire among the estimated samples. In order to collect the data, the standard questionnaire (organizational personality, safety performance and job satisfaction) was used. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by face and construct validity and its reliability were investigated with Cronbach "s alpha. To analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire and statistical sample, smart PLS software and structural equation modeling are used. The findings show that organizational personality and job satisfaction on the dimensions of safety performance (safety compliance and safety participation) have a significant positive effect. Also job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational personality. Furthermore, the results indicate that organizational personality through job satisfaction leads to improved safety performance in Tehran Urban Train Company and Suburbs.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the mediating effect of knowledge absorptive capacity on the relationship between social capital-enhancing HR (egalitarian and collaboration) and innovation performance. The purpose of this study is applied and its method is a descriptive survey. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. The statistical population of the study is food companies in Toos industrial zone of Mashhad. From this statistical population, 102 companies were selected by simple random sampling. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and Smart PLS software were used to analyze the data and hypotheses of this study. The findings show that the implementation of egalitarian and collaboration policies has a direct and significant impact on organizational innovation performance and the organizational knowledge absorptive capacity plays a mediating role in the relationship between egalitarian and collaboration.

In recent years, implement of social responsibility has become a challenge for many businesses. One of the most important question about corporate social responsibility is its impact on corporate performance. Although, many studies have investigated this relationship, no consensus has been yet reached about it. This study aims to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility on the firm's performance through the mediating variables of innovation and social capital. This research in terms of the purpose is Practical, in terms of how to collect information is Descriptive-Correlation based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this study is all of the investment banks in Iranian Institutional Investors Association (IIIA). Measuring tool was a questionnaire with 44 questions which 62 companies responded to it. Construct validity was assessed using convergent and discriminant validity and reliability was assessed by using Cronbach's alph and composite reliability. Data analysis was performed with SmartPLS3 software. Although the impact of social responsibility on innovation has not been accepted, the results show that social responsibility has an impact on firm performance both directly and through the mediator variable of social capital. Therefore, it is suggested that enhance social capital in addition to formulating and implementing social responsibility can imrove firm perfoamnce.

In the modern era, one of the most important tasks of managers of organizations is to identify and manage human resource risks, among which one of the most important human resource risks is operational risk. The purpose of this study is to prioritize and systematically examine the relationships between the dimensions of operational risk of human resource in Mashhad Municipality. At first, theoretical literature and semi-structured interviews with human resource experts in Mashhad Municipality were used to identify the components and indicators of operational risk of human resource. Analyzing the interview information resulted in 4 external dimensions, 15 fixed elements of internal components, 41 variable elements of internal dimensions of human resource risks management. Risk dimensions were drown. Then, in order to measure and prioritize each of the identified risks according to the probability of occurrence and intensity of impact, for this purpose, a questionnaire were designed and 37 department directors answered them. In this study, Friedman test, structural equation methods, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and t-test of two dependent communities were used to test the hypotheses. The results of the research showed that in terms of probability of occurrence, the risks of performance appraisal, service compensation, recruitment and training, respectively, and in terms of intensity of impact are the risks of service compensation, recruitment, performance appraisal and training. Also, according to causal relationships, the risks of recruitment human resource are effective dimensions. Finally, according the results, suggestions are presented as risk exposure and optimization.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personal values on burnout with the mediating effect of psychological empowerment with support of Isfahan Gas Company. The research method was descriptive and correlation type. The statistical population of this research was employees and managers of the Gas Company of Isfahan Province, among which 214 people were formed as sample size. Data were collected by questionnaires. The content validity of the questionnaires was approved by the experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated and it was desirable and 0.77. In this research, descriptive and inferential statistical tests were used and software was used for analyzing these tests. According to research findings, personal values have a negative effect on job burnout, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal performance reduction, and has a positive effect on psychological empowerment. Also, empowerment has a negative effect on job burnout. The role of empowerment mediator in the impact between personal values on job burnout was also confirmed. According to the results of this research, Gas Company of Isfahan Province may increase organizational performance by increasing passion and satisfaction of employees.
