Abstract This article is based on a field survey concerning identifying customer's attitude toward online shopping in Shahrvand Chain stores that mainly intends to answer to following questions: 1- How is the Shahrvand Chain stores customers' attitude toward online shopping? 2- How is the ranking of influencing factor on the Shahrvand Chain stores customers' attitude toward online shopping? This research has a descriptive nature and took place among the Shahrvand Chain stores customers at Tehran who has on line shopping experience. 100 customers selected by convenient sampling are surveyed in 4 shahrvand branch stores. The main finding of this research consisted of 9 factors resulted from conceptual framework the overall customer's attitude toward online shopping was negative.

Abstract Using descriptive survey method and applying existing literature, questionnaires and interviews with experts in medical informatics area, this study attempted to assess the barriers and challenges in implementing el-lealth system in Iran. The elements of Ehealth are explained Based on existing literatures and the results of exploratory interviews with Ehealth experts and authorities in Iran. Accordingly, five hypotheses were designed. By distributing 25 questionnaires among an available sample of Iranian Ehealth experts, validity of the hypothesizes have been tested. At the end, as a result, some suggestions to health authorities and researches are offered.

Abstract The impact of entrepreneurship in economical improvements, increasing the rate of employment and social welfare are known. Entrepreneurship can serve as a well-known approach for decreasing the unemployment level of youngest and university graduates in the present situation of Iran. An attempt has been made in this paper to introduce a brief description of entrepreneurship. Then, indicators for entrepreneurship which are relevant to economic expansion, have been studied in connection with 6 European Countries. Finally, some of advices for Iran presented.

Abstract Successful Implementation of EC requires set of prerequisites. Owning a good transactional website is not useful if customers have not access to internet or there is no formulated Law for dispute resolution in EC system, transportation financial and banking infrastructures. Since e-readiness should not be viewed as a single layer but multilayer. In this paper we try to design needed layers with its indicators for measuring e-rediness comprehensively.
