Resilience is defined as an individual’s ability to cope with current risks and dangers in the environment, in other words, this is a kind of flexibility in the face of environmental problems. In addition, nowadays employees are more willing to participate in organizational decisions and activities. Job involvement has positive results in organizations, and causes the employees have more participation and enjoy for being a member in organization. Employees with high job involvement, would take lot of energy, dedicate himself/ herself and absorb in his/ her work. This study scrutinize the relationship between resilience and dimensions of job involvement (Taking energy, dedicating and absorbing). For this purpose, 200 employees in three public universities of Iran (Shahid Beheshti University, Allameh Tabatabae'i and Yazd University) are selected by convenience sampling. Then they are evaluated by the Shawfly and Becker questionnaire and the Connor- Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISK). To analyze data Structural Equation Modeling is used and finally, the results show that there is a significance relationship between resilience and dimensions of job involvement.

As in most industries, there is no certainty about the assessment of the business environment; companies must be able to compete through sustainable methods. So in order to survive and succeed in the marketplace, companies must focus on building their competitive strengths and capabilities. The main objective of this study is to investigate the impact of strategic agility and strategic learning on competitive capabilities, and explore the impact of strategic learning on strategic agility in knowledge-based firms of Science and Technology Park of Bushehr. This study is an applied research and data gathering methodology is a survey. Statistical population of this study is all of the knowledge-based companies of science and technology park of Bushehr. Data were collected from questionnaire and to assess reliability, Cronbach's alpha is used which demonstrate the validity of the questionnaires. In order to test the hypothesis and model SMART PLS software is used. The results of this study show that, strategic learning and strategic agility have positive and significant effect on the competitive capabilities of knowledge-based companies, as well as strategic learning strategic has a significant and positive impact on strategic agility of these firms.

Employees performance is attractive for managers because of its prominent role in achieving to organization goals and employees health. Job satisfaction is among the variables affecting on performance directly and by mediating role of organizational loyalty. This study was conducted with the aim of studying the relationship between satisfaction and performance with mediating role of loyalty in Jahad-e Agriculture Organization of Ilam province. This study is applied in terms of goal and descriptive-correlation in terms of research type. Research population was the said organization experts and 240 persons were selected as sample through random sampling. The validity and reliability of questionnaire was confirmed by using of content validity and Cronbach's alpha, respectively. The results of structural equation modeling show that satisfaction directly with the coefficient of 83 hundredths and indirectly by mediating role of loyalty with the coefficient of 62 hundredths has a positive effect on performance. Also, satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty with the coefficient of 74 hundredths and loyalty has a positive effect on performance with the coefficient of 76 hundredths.

According to increase the intensity of competition in the banking sector, retaining existing customers and attracting new customers are very important. Therefore, organizations must have entrepreneurial spirit in the organizational structure and encounter with unstable and dynamic external environment. Intelligent human resources could generate creativity in the turbulent environment and leads to promotion of entrepreneurship in organizations. This study examines the relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational entrepreneurship in branches of Saderat Bank in Isfahan city. To achieve this purpose, the relationship between dimensions of organizational intelligence and organizational entrepreneurship is examined. The study aim is applied and its nature is descriptive. A self-made questionnaire for collecting data to test the hypothesis questionnaire with acceptable reliability and validity have been used. The research population includes experts and managers of different levels of branches in Saderat Bank in Isfahan city. For sampling, the method of stratified cluster sampling volume concluding the five areas of Saderat Bank in the city is used, Therefor, by random sampling, experts and managers of different levels of bank Isfahan. The sample size, based on Morgan table, is equal to 216 cases and 214 completed questionnaires are analyzed. The results of this study show that there is a significant positive relationship between dimensions of organizational intelligence and organizational entrepreneurship in branches of Saderat Bank in Isfahan city.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to identify what values and lifestyles best explain environmentally friendly behaviors . Design and Methods: This study examined the relationship between variables of values and lifestyle with environmental, attitude and knowledge variables, to explain the ecological structure between the citizens of Qom and Karaj. 540 questionnaires were distributed in Qom and Karaj that it received 393 perfect questionnaires and primary data were collected through them. The questionnaire used in this study, was standard. Research Methodology in terms of target was practical and on methods of data collection is Descriptive and survey. The analysis was performed on data was structural from. Research findings: Findings of the study highlight that environmental patterns, fashions and Excitement are those that best characterize the ecological market segment. In this study, demographic variables such as age, sex, education and family income were also reflect the influence of family income and education level of the ecological behavior . Originality/value of research: VAL's model used in this study is used probably for the first time in Iran. In addition, biological and demographic variables related to lifestyle also added to this version. This research helps the marketers and researchers to understand more about the statistical society to identify ecological goods market and identify the properties of consumers are interested in these products.
