In this paper with the aims to examine the changes in productivity, two well-known techniques of evaluation over time studied that window Analysis and Malmquist productivity index and by selecting the appropriate length for the windows, the window Analysis and a newer version of Malmquist productivity index used within compilation framework implemented so that performance compared to the same period in consecutive time, and adding new information to does not lead the necessity of repeating the previous calculations periods.
In this framework, we combine the two techniques in an attempt to compensate for the weaknesses of each to help with the implementation of a simple statistical test; the overall situation information is also frontiers of technology. Shifted of techniques that have steadily organized manner at any point of use with minimal calculations relatively comprehensive level of information provided.
Proposed Framework for Supervision Bureau of the Sepah Bank South of Tehran in 9 Periods of has been applied to the detection of four cases of shift frontier, the performance of the proposed framework is shown to be the case.

This study examines the relationships between the job satisfaction and three important aspects of personality: locus of control, need to achievement, and need to power. In a compressional-correlation study, 150 personnel of Sina and Iranmehr hospital were participated. Data were collected by job satisfaction Luthans, locus of control Spector, need to achievement, and need to power of Sokolowski questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation, T tests and SPSS 16 software. The result of Pearson correlation showed significant relationships between: locus of control and job satisfaction, need to achievement and locus of control, need to power and locus of control. Also, the result of Anova test confirms these relationships. Furthermore, the result of T test didn’t show the significant difference between two hospitals from the standpoint of study variables scores

In the most of studies, organizational justice has been considered in connection with inside stakeholders. Due to consequences of Organizational Justice, it has become one of the most attractive research topics in the field of industrial and organizational psychology. Since External Organizational Justice has been researched a little, this study was conducted in line with this theoretical vacuum and with purpose of provide a model for assessing external organizational justice concept. As for the research objective, this study can be classified as an “applied research” while as for data gathering, it can be classified as a “descriptive” study with “correlation” strategy. Data collection tool was questionnaire, and the reliability of it was calculated by using of Cronbach's alpha, final value of Alpha was 0.81 which shows the higher liability of the questionnaire. To test the research hypotheses, structural equation modeling is used. The results show that identified dimensions (justice by costumer, justice in supplier, justice with competitors and environmental justice) measured the concept of external organizational Justice.

There is ample evidence that a well-designed and developed service system is a representation of ‘quality of life’ in societies. It's important for presenting and existing in the market, service organization successfully manage their new service. New service development (NSD) has emerged as an important area of research in service operations management and numerous studies in the last two decades are revealed many its factors of success and failure.
This research with the aim of civic new service development, Critical Success Factors (CSF) that effect on New Service Development (NSD) projects of municipality are identified and ranked by investigating previus studies results. in this matter, 35 critical criteria are accepted by use of statistic tests then these factors are ranked by Grey Relational Analysis (GRA). The employing worthy engineers and man power, attention to clarity and greenery of area, and aiming of new services of municipality are the first to third preferences.

Frontline employees are an important source of differentiation and competitive advantage in the service sector. So in banks as the most important economical and service sector enterprise, employees organizational citizenship behavior is very important. Because Such employees are the most important source of competitive advantage. The purpose of this research studying soft factors that correspond to behavioral area and create competitive advantage in organizations and does organizational citizenship behavior cause competitive advantage, at last a comparative study about the situation of those factors in Tejarat and Mellat banks have done.
This study is a quantitative study that is done in1390- 1391 in a sample of 1100 employees and customers of 76 branches of Tejarat Bank and 73 branches of Mellat Bank. To gather data two questionnaires for employees and customers based on Likert Scale are used and they are analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics methods. To determine the constructs of the conceptual model variables PLS software and structural model are used. Composite reliability and Cronbach Alpha are used to measure questionnaires reliability, so all of the factors coefficients are more than 0.7. Discriminant validity by Average Variance Extracted (AVE) indicator is used to determine convergent validity, so the AVE indicator is more than 0.5. Discriminant validity in the research constructs has good fitness. So the average variance square root is more than the correlation coefficient between each concept and the concepts. Findings show that the model has good comeliness totally and all the parts of the model including measurable parts and structural parts are meaning full. So the individual, managerial and organizational factors create organizational citizenship behavior and these factors create competitive advantage by organizational citizenship behavior. It is also found that the banks should promote organizational factors including organizational support, organizational justice and organizational culture and draw up suitable strategies and long term plans. This kind of studies can be used by managers to increase human resource and organization productivity

Maintenance systems are important for maintaining machines in operational status, reducing the associated costs, and for improving the quality of services and products. Productivity of a preventive maintenance (PM) program is evaluated based on several indices. Indices are monitored periodically to reflect corrective action in a PM program. Traditional approaches in monitoring indices are to compare them against available standards, or to implement run charts. Following disadvantages of these two approaches, this study proposes statistical quality control charts to monitor the indices. The proposed approach has been implemented in a domestic company. The observed results over a ten months period favorably compete against the traditional approaches.
