Globalization causes openness of countries boundary for each other and is of economic, social and cultural transactions. But globalization is impossible without attention to values, religious and spirituality. therefore, religious as an integrating factor between people that involves values, ethics and spirituality, as an meaning full factor for life have critical role in globalization. So, this paper considers the role of religious and spirituality in globalization. for this reason, at first we discuss globalization and its history and then introduce spirituality, after that we state difference between spirituality and ethics, finally consider the role of religious and spirituality in globalization.
