Abstract
In this paper, we explain a Technology model based on analyzability and variety and its application in human resource management; then 4 human resource management used to different models to planning, maintains, compensation and In doing so, in the earlier stage of study, six independent variables including senior management commitment, responsibility and service orientation, personnel training and participating, applying date information and tangible and physical factors to achieve goals were selected and studied. After introducing research questions and hypothese, theoretical literature compiled. Then research questionnarie was designed and conducted in order to analyze collected data through SPSS statistical package. Finally, appropriate suggestions with regard to available analysis were mdad to municipality senior manager.
