Implementation and development of knowledge management in organizations require the establishment of "learning centers" as a part of knowledge management systems. This article reviews the organization' learning centers as an institution for offering various services of design implementation, and evaluation of training programs and also preparing required circumstances for the implementation of knowledge management projects to the realization of learning organization. These centers are inseparable components for every kind of strategic plan and action in any company. There are also some suggestions for the implementation of the projects like suitability of the learning center with the nature an characteristics of the company and so on.
