This paper presents a multi-objective zero-one linear programming model with fuzzy parameters to select a proper portfolio of processes for reengineering in the manufacturing companies. Based on a new setof qualitative and quantitative indicators, an evaluation method is presented to measure and estimate the reengineering effect of processes on the improvement of company performance. Fuzzy sets theory is used because some variables are verbal and we have some uncertain data. So, analytic hierarchy process, multi-criteria group decision making, fuzzy theory and portfolio theory all were used together to develop a process portfolio selection model. In this model, processes which make maximum value for company and cause theleast staff resistance are selected for reengineering. Also considering the membership degree of fuzzy numbers, a novel method is developed to solve multi-objective zero-one linear programming problems with fuzzy parameters. Finally, an illustrative case study is included to demonstrate the efficiency and practicality of the proposed model.

This research has done in order to identifying the human resource performance key indicator; Qom province electricity distribution company with regard to integrated balanced scorecard approach of human resource and Analytic Hierarchy Process .the research method of the article is descriptive and library field data collecting. Balanced scorecard (BSCJ translated the company visions and strategies to aims and scales in four aspects of financial, customer, internal business process learning& growth evaluate the company's settlements impact. in this article at first the search has been done, the documentstfrom Qom province electricity distribution company) has been collected, then with the using of each BSC dimensions, the indicator have been placed in a hierarchy structure and a coefficient and weight was specified. The expert choice software is used to specifying of data analyze and AHP questionnaire for importance of coefficient .results indicate that human resource cost rate, job satisfaction, human resource and training needs assessment response ratios are of most important performance key indicator(KPI) in human resource area. and also among the present indicator in balanced scorecard dimensions, is determined the human resource job satisfaction with the importance grade of 55/8% is most important present indicator in human resource area.
