The statistical population of this study is all of the investment banks in Iranian Institutional Investors Association (IIIA). Measuring tool was a questionnaire with 44 questions which 62 companies responded to it. Construct validity was assessed using convergent and discriminant validity and reliability was assessed by using Cronbach's alph and composite reliability. Data analysis was performed with SmartPLS3 software. Although the impact of social responsibility on innovation has not been accepted, the results show that social responsibility has an impact on firm performance both directly and through the mediator variable of social capital. Researches show that much than 70% change efforts have been failed to realize the expected goals. One of the main reason for this failure, is the non-alignment between power types and change. In this paper, the alignment between power and change types and its effect on the performance improvement were investigated in 18 commercial companies of Defense Ministry, being active in trading (non-military) market. The present research is descriptive-expressive in terms of goal, applied-developmental in terms of consequence and mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of data type. In quantitative research, 105 questionnaires were collected from the strategists of companies. In this research, "the model of structural equations" and especially the technique of path analysis were applied to study the relationships between the research variables, employing the Software smart PLS, v. 3.0; "cluster analysis" and "variance analysis" were performed by the Software SPSS, v. 19. Also, the qualitative data from the structured interviews made with 36 senior managers was analyzed by content analysis, and the criterion for comparing the performance of the companies was determined by Delphi technique. The results of variance analysis test indicated that the companies, where change and power types are more aligned, have a higher performance.

The past two decades have witnessed great interest into market orientation concept, based upon the premise that such activities enhance business performance. However, evidence has not confirmed regularities in different international market settings.
This study investigates the market orientation construct and its measurement and its influence on the performance and the moderating role of environmental factors on the relationship between market orientation and performance.
Through a survey administrated to 373 companies in Iran, 141 usable responses were received representing a response rate of 37.8 percent. Financial performance was measured both subjectively through the questioners and objectively through the data extracted from financial statements of company's annual reports.
The findings show that market orientation has a significant and positive influence on both subjectively and objectively measured financial performance. Buyer power plays a limited moderating role in the effect of market orientation on the subjective performance, while market turbulence and competitive intensity show no moderating role. Finally implications of these findings for practitioners and academicians along with contributions to marketing literature are discussed.
