This study has been followed with the aim of communications model validity evaluation, between Clients and Contractors in mega projects in the field of Oil Industries. Such model explains the relationship between factors via measuring the respondents` perceptions. The respondents have been chosen from Contractor/Consultant and Client firms. The impressive factors have been extracted from the literature review of the research and Delphi method which has been done formerly. The result were interpreted and analyzed by the Exploratory- Conformity Factor analysis and finally Structural Equation Modeling. Based on factors loading scores and components loading distribution, the relevant clusters for each five latent factors were extracted and named. The presented model explores the relationships between sensational factors through communications between Client and Contractors of Oil downstream projects. Also such model quantifies the influences of each factor on the others. The outcome of this study will be useful for promotion of client's and contractors' staff in order that recognizes and mange those factors in different stages of the projects.

Organizational Deviance and misbehavior or the dark side of organizational behavior has been a matter of research during the last two decades. Social undermining is an interpersonal insidious misbehavior and is significantly associated with employee's outcomes if it continues over time. The effects of social undermining on employee's commitment and job involvement were tested among employees of Iran's presidential center for innovation and technology cooperation. The data gathered by distribution of questionnaire among 158 employees using random sampling method. Results show that social undermining by coworkers and supervisors has considerable effects on employee's job involvement and affective and normative commitment, but as predicted, not on continuous commitment. Moreover, based on fairness theory, the hypothesis of the mediating role of conscientiousness in the effects of social undermining on job involvement and organizational commitment was developed and tested. It is advised that organizations should consider preventing actions, training and counseling employees to minimize social undermining behavior and its consequences on employee's outcomes

In 1950s, Building the scholar on systems had alarmed human and social sciences' researchers and thinkers through his classification of systems, which was not taken seriously at that time (Building, 1956). In his famous article "General System Theory" he emphasized on the commensurate choice of research tools and subject, pointing out that we can understand phenomena only when appropriate tools for that level are acquired. He believed the research tools have been designed in second and third levels of systems, and humans and organizations which belong to seventh and eights complex levels are investigated by them. Of course, the results of such researches are prone to many errors and deficiencies.

Whatever the activities of a community or business, they each communicate something about the community or business to consumers. Consumers receive this information through many different sources, or channels. These channels combine to form information systems, which are always functioning, regardless of whether you are managing them or not. If you represent a community or business, it is extremely important to know how to manage information systems to make them work for you. This article identifies the opportunities and needs of a tourism information and reservation system for tourism marketing organization and national tourism industry as a whole.
In general, an information system consists of all the ways that people communicate with others. Systems are composed of information channels. These channels may be formal or informal, personal or impersonal, and public or private. Different people, businesses, and communities use information channels in different ways and combinations.
A tourism information system is a specific type of information system. It consists of all information channels used in a business or community to promote itself as a tourism attraction. These information channels include commercials, ads, brochures, repeat visitors. employees, friends, and relatives.
Information and Communications Technologies are having a big impact on all aspects of tourism. Introducing and using advanced Management
Information Systems to transportation, travel, hospitality and entertainment will bring many benefits and changes to the tourism industry. In particular, the Internet, is playing an increasingly significant role in travel and tourism.
It has also been discussed that there are three characteristics that all
effective tourism information systems have:
1) Each channel the system has its own function. Travelers use different channels to get different kinds of information. An example is deciding where to go on vacation. A person may consult a friend or family member for that decision, but in deciding what to do when he/she gets there, the person may talk with a repeat visitor or employee at the destination site.
2) All the information channels used in the system relate to each other. A
tourism information system is like a novel because it has many different parts tied together by the theme. Even though a system's channels serve different functions in providing information, they are all tied together by the projected message.
3) All channels used in the system are interdependent. A tourism
information system functions like a puzzle. The different pieces of the system, the channels, are used to communicate with tourists. If any of the puzzle pieces are missing, the puzzle's picture is incomplete. If one or more of the channels used is not dispersing information effectively, or if the information dispersed does not relate to the rest of the system, then the system will not effectively communicate its whole message. If one or more of these characteristics are missing from a tourism information system, then its message will be inconsistent and ineffective.

Intending to formulate a model of promotion mix for the incoming, mainly western European and American tourists to Iran, a sample of 422 people of the population of all the accessible tourism who visited Iran between September 1999 to March 2000 were drawn randomly. Five sets of questionnaires, which were prepared in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish were administered to them. 28 of the 32 questions were closed and multiple-choice, the remaining four were open and descriptive. Approval or rejection of 8 hypotheses which had been drawn up to give a typical profile of the travel motives of the subjects were to be used to come up with the major’s variables needed for the formulation of the above model. The variables included those normally used in the promotion mix models,The variables included those normally used in the promotion mix models, namely; primary moves for the choice of a destination journey motivator’s, demotivating factors, types of communication channels, sources of information for deciding about a destination, mode of traveling, duration of travel and the like. Middleton’s (1994) model, though relatively old, seemed move exhaustive than the rival models. therefore, this became the basis of the analysis here and a map on which to construct the model. The findings of this research indicated that to be even more useful as a roadmap for people engaged in promotional activities, at least in this country, Middleton’s model need to contain more specific variables. Those findings fist, primary movers need to include both external and internal factors, communication channels must regards personal and impersonal aspects motivators, demotivators must be taken into account with communication processing when analysis consumer decision-making pross. The consumer response element must hold more components, and the after - purchase - behaveior of consumer must be considered more fully. Moreever, the finding that face - to - face personal saler efforts had a great influence on bring the subjects to Iran suggested that Kotler, et.al.'s (1999) marketing communication systems should be modified in the case of Iran. this papers concluded by giving suggestions to the practitioners as well as to researchers.

Dissertations are a part of the outputs of the research system of our universities. It is necessary to evaluate them periodically to ensure that their quality is developing. In some countries such as U.S.A, dissertations have been evaluated annually based on several criteria. In Iran, dissertations of some fields such as sociology and management have been studied and evaluated against such criteria as: the quality of the methodology, references and documentations, theories tested and etc. In U.S.A., dissertations have been evaluated based on the importance of titles, methodological credit and so on. one type of these evaluations is meta analysis which evaluates the previous researches to summarize and synthesize them when their findings are inconsistent to find out the cause of the inconsistencies and conflicts between them. This kind of research is sometimes called the evaluation of past researches or evaluation of evaluations. In this article meta analysis, its functions, its benefits and its process will be discussed.

The efforts of governments and organization to stay active at internal, regional and international scenes of competition and making use of affective management to fulfill the needs of customers, resulted in a new school of thought, i.e., New Public Management (NPM. NPM itself led to two different categories of issues at micro level (including downsizing, reengineering and continuous improvement) and macro level (good government and governance).
Following these changes, the issue of downsizing the public sector
through privatization, merging of different organizations and conglomeration of activities, became so popular in Iran.
The current research trying to test the following goals:
1. Goals of the charter of Management and Planning Organization including:
• Better accomplishment of the missions
• Decreasing the parallel duties
• Increasing the capability of employees
2. Goals expected of downsizing and merge of organizations including:
• cost reduction
• decreasing the number of employees
For the test of group I goals questionnaire and for the test of group 2 goals documents have been used.
By including 265 employees (from the society of 675) and 71
managers (out of 182), and through statistical methods of chi square and pearson correlation coefficient the group I goals have been tested. For the second group, the documents have been investigated.
The findings of the research revealed that the rate of ace nplishment of the first group of goals from employees and managers point of view was at average and less than average level, and two other goals ( cost and employee reduction) have not been achieved (as they were planned).
