Abstract

In this midst, human resource is the key factor contributing to organizational productivity and the share assumed by managers can be more significant that other players. Managers, on the other hand, act based on their perceptions and beliefs. Therefore, if we want to predict or evaluate the future behavior of managers regarding certain issues, we must be familiar with their perception of the matter. The present study looks into the perspective of managers on the human obstacles affecting organizational productivity. The sample includes organizations located in Tehran, where middle and top executives were surveyed. The survey involves one key and several secondary questions. The research in descriptive-analytical, involving a sample population of 150 organizations out of a total of 3450 firms nationwide (amounting to 4.2% of the total firm population). The sampling method used was systematic.
