Nowadays, along with concentration on human resources as the most important element of the organization's competitive advantage, managers try to provide growth and development for their human resources and achieve more opportunities in competitive environments and e am more benefits by means of being more familiar with those resources. The first steps in developing human resources would be absolutely as follows: Knowing the present needs of human resources of organization and evaluating their satisfaction from different aspects of organization, and providing strategies to promote different aspects of the organization according to priorities and effective factors on satisfaction based on viewpoints of human resources. In this article, by studying and evaluating different satisfaction and motivation theories in different managerial viewpoints, Effective competitive conditions from two different dimensions: 1- how to behave and, 2- how to manage a case. Finally, determining the gap of the present situation and that of the desired situation- it- will provide proper strategies to pass from the present state and 'to, reach to the competitive position.
