Abstract

Nowadays adaptive changes are one of the main requirements of the effective permanence and competition. In order to organizations be able to remain in a challenging and competitive today's environment, those need staff and managers adaptable. Leading an organization to adapt with changes and for permanence and growth in new environments needs special characteristics that generally challenge manager's abilities. One of the most important abilities that can help leaders and managers to answer these changes is emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is a subject that tries to describe and interpret the effect of emotions and feelings in human abilities. Managers who have emotional intelligence are effective leader
