In recent years, organizations operate in a dynamic, unpredictable and competitive business environment, and therefore the ability to react quickly and adapt to change, in other words, achieve agility, in such an environment has become essential. Agility requires organizations to use knowledge management capabilities in order to gain a sustainable competitive advantage and improve accountability. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of knowledge management capabilities on organizational agility by considering the mediating role of strategic flexibility and organizational learning in knowledge-based companies of Bushehr Science and Technology Park. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study was the experts of 142 knowledge-based companies that using the Cochran limited society formula, 208 people were selected based on the judgment-purposeful sampling method. Data were collected using a Likert-based questionnaire. The results of data analysis using the partial least squares approach indicated that knowledge management capabilities have a significant effect on organizational agility through strategic flexibility and organizational learning.

Organizational learning is a capability of organizations to create, transfer and act on the knowledge generation. Exploration- and exploitation-oriented learning activities required to produce organizational ambidextrous learning. This paper presents a scale developed to classify organizations through cluster analysis as being Exploiters, explores, ambidextrous or with no defined orientation. The theoretical framework helps identify that the concepts associated with exploration and exploitation may be classified into six practical dimensions: organizational knowledge practices, innovative practices, competition, strategic orientation, organizational efficiency and partnerships. Indicators and criteria after sorting the dimensions of 36 features were identified and classified. Specialists were offered indicators derived from the theoretical review to identify final criteria by using Delphi technique. In the end, 6 indexes were deleted and 8 added to the index, therefore developing organizational learning model Ambidexterity was presented

Considering the importance of learning organization and readiness for change, current study has been done to examine the relationship between organizational learning and readiness for change according to the dimensions of learning organization in the insurance industry. The statistical population for this study is private insurance companies in Iran. 110 managers of these companies were selected as the case study. To collect data, Watkins`s and Marsick`s DLOQ (dimensions of the learning organization questionnaires), and also Dunham`s et al questionnaire were used. To test hypothesis with regard to the questionnaire data, Test Kolmogorov-Smirnov, T-test student, structural equations test were used. Findings suggest that there is organizational learning culture in insurance companies, so that different dimensions of organizational learning in insurance companies are above average. Considering the total results of hypothesis tests and also with regard to the standard regression coefficient, it can be argued that the relationship between organizational learning and readiness for change in private insurance companies is not in good condition, particularly in relation to the dimension of promote inquiry and dialogue, which is one of the important dimensions of the model

This article investigates the impact of total quality management and organizational learning on innovation performance in MES company. A sample of 93 managers and experts in MES company, instrument for data collection was questionnaire.TQM is made up of top management support, employee involvement, continue improvement, and customer focus that customer focus and employee involvement have the highest and lowest factor loading. Also innovation performance made up of product innovation, process innovation, and organizational innovation. Organizational intelligence is a new concept in organization and management literature. In the information era, the power of mind is superior to physical strength. Despite the dynamic, uncertain and complex operating environments today, benefiting from organizational intelligence and learning process in the organization can increase the competitiveness of an organization to differ from other organizations. This article presents a study to investigate the relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational learning through a descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population included all the staffs working in Shiraz Medical and M.R.I Center, out of which a sample of 162 individuals was selected randomly. Albrecht’s organizational intelligence (2002) and Neefe’s organizational learning (2001) questionnaires were used to collect data’s. The method was Structural Equation Modeling. Data’s were analyzed by the SPSS and AMOS soft wares. Results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational learning

As human beings have learning abilities and can acquire knowledge through discovery and making mistakes, and also have the power to create concepts and sights, organizations also possess the same abilities. With the current vast and fast development of information technology in this century and clear and cryptic competition in the world, the importance of organizational learning and psychological empowerment is felt increasingly. Therefore, in this research the effect of organizational learning on psychological rehabilitation ofemployees of the Deputy for the State Treasury and Expense of the Ministry of Economic and Property Affairs was surveyed. To evaluate organizational learning factors, Nife Model Standard questionnaire, and to survey Psychological empowerment Mirsha and Sprinter Model Standard questionnaire were applied. The statistical methods used in this research are Kolmogruf- Smirnoff Test, correlation Coefficient on sample t test, liner regression and Friedman Test. The results achieved indicate that organizational learning has influence on psychological empowerment of the employees (competency sense, self-organizational sense, effective sense,meaningful sense of occupation and trust sense).This results can act as a basis for organizations to compose the suitable human resource management strategies regarding organizational learning and psychological empowerment of employees, in this ever-changing world
