The aim of present research is to explore the environmental factors that affect the Iran’s parliament members’ perceptions in legislation process. To conduct the study, grounded theory approach was used. Judgmental Sampling method was applied and continued until theoretical saturation was reached. We gathered data using semi-structural interviews with sixteen parliament members and collecting parliament related documents. 53 codes, 9 concepts and 3 categories were emerged during coding process. The relationship between categories was described through six propositions which were grouped in two main propositions. The results show that the environmental factors that affect parliament members’ perception consist of two categories of external and internal environmental factors. External environmental factors include political-legal pressures, economic pressures, social-cultural pressures and technological pressures. Internal environmental factors include organizational structure and procedures, and organizational culture. Perception was the core category of the research which consists of two sub-categories of direct and indirect cognition and three concepts of sense-making, sense-giving and sense-breaking

Innovation is the putting aside of old patterns; for this purpose we must create an appropriate context. In this paper organizing for innovation, which is necessary for creating innovation, is studied. Any organization-cannot be able to create innovation; only "entrepreneurially organizations and adhocracy organizations" can create innovation. However, entrepreneurially organizations cannot create innovation at a high level, only adhocracy organizations can create innovation at a high level. In this study, two types of adhocracy are sought: operating adhocracy and administrative adhocracy. As a consequence, innovation is studied at small and large organizations.

The present research seeks to put to the fore Habermas's Communicative Action Theory as a decision framework supplanting existing decision - making models in managerial, economic, and consumer behavior disciplines. According to Habermas, rationality is not uni-dimensional and cannot be confined to its instrumental and strategic usages.
The Communicative Action Theory contends that results are not important per se but it is the process that assumes centrality. Therefore, and open view must be adopted towards the process and the results must be continuously viewed from a critical perspective. The Theory maintains that linguistic communication constitutes the essence of "communicative action." Habermas argues that we are constantly adopting a stance towards validity claims" inherent in communication. In this context, Habermas holds that human communication and especially dialogue are "rational" in essence. It is in this context that the present research seeks to reconstruct consumer decision-making model on the Web and to this end adopts the angulation approach, combining quantitative and qualitative research methods.

Sometimes the climate of organization, as an organism, is impregnated to toxicity. Since this kind of climate conveys dysfunctional consequences to organization members, it is requisite to explore the dimensions and components of such a climate and also to develop an instrument to measure it. Thus, the aim of this paper is to develop and validate a questionnaire for measuring organizational toxic climate. In this regard, after studying literature, dimensions and components of mentioned concept were explored. Then a primary questionnaire was developed and after confirming its internal consistency distributed among 600 employees of administrative organizations in Arsanjan, Saadt-Shahr, and Marvdasht based on disproportionate stratified sampling. In order to test the primary validity of measure and avoid the threat of common method variance, exploratory factor analysis and Harman single-factor test were deployed respectively. To validate the questionnaire, stability and equivalence reliability and convergent and divergent validity were assessed. SPSS, Smart PLS, and Amos Graphics, were also uesd. As a result, the toxic physical structure, toxic interpersonal communication, toxic reward, reputation system, and toxic leadership were confirmed as the dimensions of toxic organizational climate. The final measure was a 5 point Likertquestionnaire with 57-items.

The present study aims to explain the model for employees' leisure management at the Workplace using the mix method approach and systematic grounded theory in its qualitative aspect. To this end, besides open interviewing with 16 university experts and managers of the selected hospitals in Shiraz City, a set of initial themes were collected via open coding process and some categories were extracted. Then, the connection among these categories was determined in axial coding stage under the titles such as causal conditions, the central phenomenon, strategies, intervening conditions, ground conditions, and consequences of leisure management in the framework of coding paradigm. In the selective coding stage, each element of the coding paradigm was explained and the model for employees' leisure management at the workplace was created. The fitness and existing relationship of that qualitative pattern are evaluated with Amos 22 software with structural equation pattern and it is confirmed at the end.
