چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی سبک رهبری اثربخش در محیط‌های متلاطم انجام شد. اسناد علمی بین سال‌های 2017 تا 2024، به تعداد 12900 سند علمی، جامعه پژوهش حاضر را شکل می‌دهند که در 8 پایگاه خارجی و 2 پایگاه داخلی یافت شدند. مرور سیستماتیک صورت گرفته مبتنی بر راهنمای آیتم‌های ترجیحی پریزما، ارائه شده‌است. پس از واکاوی عنوان، روش پژوهش و یافته‌ها، 30 مطالعه گزینش و مورد واکاوی قرار گرفتند. به منظور کنترل کیفیت پژوهش همچنین ارزیابی یافته‌ها، از بازخوردهای خبرگان در فرآیند گزینش، تجزیه‌وتحلیل مقالات و همچنین ابزار کسپ استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد 2 سبک رهبری تحول‌آفرین و تطبیقی به عنوان سبک‌های رهبری اثربخش در شرایط متلاطم توصیه شده‌اند. رهبری تحول آفرین با ایجاد فرهنگ حمایتی و اعتماد، الهام‌بخشی، تشویق خلاقیت و نوآوری، توسعه فرهنگ یادگیری و تبادل اطلاعات، تقویت مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری، توسعه فرهنگ تغییر، افزایش تعهد کارکنان، تبدیل بحران به فرصت، دارا بودن دانش موقعیت، شبکه‌سازی و همکاری، پاسخگویی سریع، توسعه چشم‌انداز، خوشبینی، پیش‌بینی و برنامه‎ریزی، مرشدگری و توسعه کارکنان؛ رهبری تطبیقی با دارا بودن هوش عاطفی، تعامل بین‌فردی و تلاش مشارکتی، آگاهی موقعیتی، تفکر غیرخطی، تشخیص مشکل، اشتراک‌گذاری دانش، انعطاف‌پذیری، پاسخگویی سریع و توجه متمرکز، در محیط‌های متلاطم نسبت به دیگر سبک‎های رهبری، اثربخش‌تر هستند.

Effective Leadership Style in Turbulent Environments: A Systematic Review

چکیده [English]

The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying effective leadership styles in turbulent environments based on a qualitative approach and systematic review method. All scientific documents found between the years 2017 to 2024, totaling 12,900 scientific documents, constitute the research community, which were found in 8 foreign databases and 2 domestic databases. The systematic review was conducted based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Ultimately, after reviewing the title, research method, and findings, 30 studies were selected for scrutiny. In order to control the research quality and evaluate the findings, expert feedback was seeked in the selection process, analysis of articles, and also the CASP tool. Document analysis was carried out with high precision and documented. The results showed that 3 leadership styles consist of transformational, adaptive, and servant leadership have been recognized and recommended as effective leadership styles in turbulent conditions.Also, besed on analysis, the results show that transformational leadership style is composed of 18 components, adaptive leadership consists of 9 components and 4 components have formed the servant leadership style.
