The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of impression management tactics on performance evaluation with the mediating role of political skill. The study in terms of purpose is practical and in terms of methods of data collection is survey from group of descriptive researches. The statistical population is of all staff employed at deputy for management development and resources of Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance 200 persons, the number of sample is 80 persons. The tool of data collection is questionnaire of impression management provided by Bolino and Turnley (1999) and questionnaire of political skill provided by Ferris et al. (2008) and questionnaire of performance evaluation provided by Harris et al (2007). Data analysis was performed with Structural Equation Modeling approach (SEM) with partial least squares method through Smart-PLS 3 software. The findings of this study showed that proposed research model is validated and based on it; impression management has led to political skill and this has an impact on performance evaluation. Also, the political skill variable plays a mediating role in the relationship between impression management and performance evaluation.

Performance evaluation for each organization is necessary to plan and control. Banks are part of public service and their performance influences peoples life quality, and their performance evaluation is mostly done with DEA models. As other organizations banks include a two-staged network structure. The traditional DEA models are inefficient for evaluation because of not paying attention to internal structure and black-box perspective and can't determine the source of inefficiency well, so in this research first an oriented NDEA model and then a non-oriented model based on Russell idea were developed. In next stage, the presented non-oriented model was used in an applied and experimented study for performance evaluation of 30 banks two-staged structure including deposit-collecting stage and profit-making stage. Also, the risk of banks activities was considered with regard to delayed payments as undesirable output. The result of stages and network efficiency show the research model gives a better evaluation of banks performance. The presented models can be developed to other structures and applications.

In the competitive situation of nowadays, organizations are continuously evaluating and surveying their performance. Understanding the components which involve performance , an organization may raise up its position in market. Data envelopment analysis has been accepted as an approach to compare and evaluate the performance which has been employed widely in the researches. In this paper, we use DEA to evaluate the monthly performance of an automobile parts manufacturer and to recognize the good and bad performance. What is important in this research is to use common weights to prevent iteration in solving the model because of alteration in data. In this paper, first we use DEA as an basic model to obtain monthly performance measures and then using common weights, we acquire the performance measures according to two set of historical and current data. Furthermore, we utilize control charts to recognize the months with bad performance from good one. Eventually, we use experts judgments to verify the results of model.
