The purpose of this study is to examine the role of organizational justice and organizational trust in anticipation of organizational silence in University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. The research method is descriptive-correlational. The population included all faculty members of University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. Using cluster random sampling method, three faculties and 70 faculty members were selected. The data collection tools were the Van Dyne organizational silence questionnaire, Moorman Nyhvf organizational justice questionnaire and Alvnn organizational trust. The content validity of questionnaires was confirmed by experts and reliability consider them to be 0/73, 0/89, 0/82 reported. To analyze the data, correlation and multiple regression method was used. Results showed that there is a significant correlation between organizational justice and organizational silence in the negative direction (r= -0/64). Also there is a significant correlation between organizational trust and organizational silence in the negative direction (r=0/50). Results of regression analysis showed that organizational justice and organizational trust can be a negative predictor of organizational silence, and 51 percent predict changes in organizational silence.

Success in competitive world requires the ability to develop trust-based relationships and is considered to be its key component. Accordingly, organizations and employees need to both be reliable and trust each other. And, organizational commitment is also an important occupational and organizational attitude which has been given the prime attention by the researchers of organizational behavior field. On the other, perceived organizational support indicates the employees’ perception regarding the extent of organization’s attention to their attempts, health, and peace. Hence, with respect to the importance of these factors in organizations, the present study examines the relationship between organizational trust, organizational multidimensional commitment, and perceived organizational support. Sample of the study consisted of the headquarters staff of deputy of financial supervision and bursary of the Ministry of Treasury and Economic Affairs (N=175). Stratified random sampling was applied and the sample size was gained as 120 employees based on Cochran’s formulae. To collect data, Clip Siwat et al (2012) questionnaire was used. Also, to enhance the validity of the questionnaire, the feedback from the elites of the field and experts of Ministry of Treasury and Economic Affairs were used. Chronbach’s alpha (0.84) was employed to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. Here, data analysis was carried out by means of correlation matrix, multi-regression equations, and SPSS. Results indicated that organizational trust (0.83) and perceived organizational support (0.653) Relationship organizational commitment And, organizational trust has significant Relationship on perceived organizational support (0.75). Exploiting these results organizations will be able to overcome their rivals in the modern ever-changing world.

In this paper, the relationship between organizational trust and job satisfaction. The populations of the study are employees of public organization in Tehran and the sample consists of 218 employees of the organization. To study Organizational trust the model Ellonen, Bloom West and Pamalaynn has been used and to study job satisfaction has been used the model Smith, Kendall and Hulin, and his colleagues. For test the hypothesis, has been used Spearman correlation test and Friedman Test rankings. Also for analysis of data has been used software’s SPSS. The spearman correlation test results revealed a significant Positive relationship between organizational trust and job satisfaction. Also survey results showed a significant positive relationship between all dimensions of organizational trust (Lateral trust, Vertical trust, Institutional trust) and job satisfaction. In addition the results show that all dimensions of organizational trust have a positive relationship with all aspects of job satisfaction.
