One of the most important strategic sectors of any country's economyis the military sector. Thus governments allocate a considerable amount of effort and cost to helpthis sector through obtaining its objectives. Meanwhile, it is known that aneffective way for military sectors to cover their own expenditures, andshowcase their powers, is export. Also, it is known that a major prerequisitefor prospering in exports is acknowledging the customer wants and fulfillingthem. This article tries to identify the harms of Iran’s military export, and employsthe qualitative methods such as open questionnaire, depth interview, andcontent analysis. Afterwards, its conceptual model is drawn making use ofthe affinity diagram. At the final stage, using quantitative methods, harmsare categorized and prioritized by the results acquired from the adaptivematrix. Statistical population of this research is comprised of 63 internalexperts (with 0.65 cooperation ratio) and 95 foreign experts (with 0.65cooperation ratio). Findings revealed that internal experts found 9 harmitems to be critical, needing urgent investigation and resolution, whilethis number was 4 with the foreign experts.

Export of non-oil products is one of the mam topics that has been investigated by academic, political, and social circles in recent years and all has concensus on it's promotion. This topic has been studied from different perspective mainly from structural and SUPPLY side, This paper looks at non-oil export from DEMAND side. With this orientation we have used LINDER, s theory as our theoretical base and further have investigated the effect of change in per/capita income on the direction of Iran,s non-oil export. The result of this study indicate that as Iranian per/capita income has decreased , lran,s Non-Oil export direction has shifted from countries with higher per /capita incom (Europe continent) to countries with similar per/capita income category with Iran. (Asia Continent)

Evidences indicate that the Islamic Republic of Iran enjoy a reasonable amount of comparative advantage in their processed foodstuff to export to the neighboring countries, particularly to the U.A.E Despite this fact, the country's processed food exporters have failed to gain advantage of this opportunity. Present paper is aimed at elucidating some outstanding reasons for this problem. Three groups of questionaires were prepared in two languages (Persian and English) to ask the views of the members of a sample of importers, sellers, and consumers of these products of Iran it the U.A..E. Non - parametric statistical methods such as the Mann - Whitney, the Kruskal - Wallis, and Friedman were used to test the hypotheses of this reseach. Quite a few reasons were found to account for the Iranian exporter's meager success in placing the above products in the hands of their Arab consumers, who regarded the quality of these products as high. However, a lack of knowledge of these exporters of the modern exporting concepts or otherwise their lack of willingness to rely on experts in this field to handle the relevant issues for them were found to be the most important impediment to the export of these foodstuff to the U. A E. To offer some suggestions for the promotion of these products of Iran in the U.A.E. AHP model was used to rank consumers, responses to the question "What do they take into account in deciding to purchase as item of processed foodstuff?" The paper is consluded with a summary and some policy suggestions. Suggestions are also provided for further research.
