The purpose of this study is to examine the interpersonal communication competencies (ICC) in the organization and identification of its components as well as determine the quality of interaction between them.This research is an applied and developmental as well as analitical and quantitative and the use of interpretive structural modeling method. The statistical population of the research in the analytical section is a group of academic experts and in the quantitative section is all personals of North Khorasan Governmental Executive Agencies; that 17 peoples of experts by using snowball sampling and 373 peoples of personals by using Stratified random sampling were selected as statistical sample. The data collection tools in the analytical section were a researcher made matrix table and in the quantitative section were standard questionnaires that were distributed among the statistical sample after determining their validity and reliability. The results in the analytical section showed important components of ICC were Empathy, Altercentrism, Self disclosure, Conflict Management, Interaction management, Supportiveness, Flexibility, assertiveness, Social Relaxation, Expressiveness, Immediacy, influencing others and goal orientation that at five different levels of interaction have a positive and significant relationship with together. This Results can help managers and employees to Identifying and strengthening their ICC for achieve effective organizational communications.

Resilience is defined as an individual’s ability to cope with current risks and dangers in the environment, in other words, this is a kind of flexibility in the face of environmental problems. In addition, nowadays employees are more willing to participate in organizational decisions and activities. Job involvement has positive results in organizations, and causes the employees have more participation and enjoy for being a member in organization. Employees with high job involvement, would take lot of energy, dedicate himself/ herself and absorb in his/ her work. This study scrutinize the relationship between resilience and dimensions of job involvement (Taking energy, dedicating and absorbing). For this purpose, 200 employees in three public universities of Iran (Shahid Beheshti University, Allameh Tabatabae'i and Yazd University) are selected by convenience sampling. Then they are evaluated by the Shawfly and Becker questionnaire and the Connor- Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISK). To analyze data Structural Equation Modeling is used and finally, the results show that there is a significance relationship between resilience and dimensions of job involvement.

One of the issues is always a challenge in the field of organizational behavior to managers that created, is duality in behavior. hence, the present paper, nature and the why duality in organizational behavior, in a research organization, has been studied. the main objective of this paper is to find an answer to this question that in the organization was studied, “what is the duality types of behavior that can be identified and how is their situation”. also according to research conditions, the research method used is case study method that one of the strategies of qualitative research is.The results of this research showed that: (1) in the duality behaviors of individual interests and group interests, behaviors related to personal interests is the dominant behavior in the organization; (2) in the duality behaviors of organizational control and individual freedom, dominant behavior towards other preferences that can’t be observed; (3) in the duality behaviors of organizational norms and standards of human, behaviors with human criteria, dominant behavior is observed in the organization; (4) in the duality behaviors of individual preferences and group norms, group norms is the dominant behavior is observed and (5) in the duality behaviors of stability and change, dominant behavior is observed in the organization is change behaviors

Agility is one of the newest concepts in the field of organizations management that is presented for using of environmental changes and satisfying customers' needs and it only cannot be considered in private sector. Thus, government organizations need to be agile because of multiplicity clients and the more need to meet their needs and demands and in order to development and excellence in the areas of speed, quality and the most of all in the costs. The aim of study is survey information and communication technologies (e-government) as the best means of increasing the speed and quality of service and the central role of information technology on organization agility. Statistical population is Civil Registration Organization of Tehran province and it's territory. The main tool for data collection, is questionnaire. Questionnaire were distributed for more of 196 person of Statistical sample and we were collected and analyzed 132 questionnaires. Finally, in order to analyze the data was used from the confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods and Lisrel & Spss software. Results suggest that there is a significant relationship beetwen organization agility & it's dimentions with e-government.
