The present study explained the issue of decision-making under the influence of the coherence of brain waves and heart waves based on each of the components of emotional intelligence of Mayer and Salovey, how the coherence of EEG and ECG is based on neuroscience and neurocardiology, and the decision-making styles of managers based on based on Scott and Bruce's model and presented its results. The sample of the present study was 30 managers of governmental and non-governmental organizations in the agricultural sector of Gilan province who voluntarily participated in this research and in two situations of relaxation and decision-making with Neurofeedback tool, Biofeedback Procomp 2 while running the CGT decision evaluation test of CANTAB software, brain waves and their heart waves were simultaneously recorded from the CZ area of the brain and the areas around the heart by Biograph version 6 software. The results showed the coherence of EEG and ECG waves. During rest and recognition tasks There were significant differences in different decision-making styles and emotional intelligence components, and none of the decision-making styles had a significant correlation between brain waves and heart waves in two states of relaxation and decision making.

Aim: This study evaluates the impact of organizational wisdom on interpersonal trust with the mediating role of emotioal intelligence.Method: The method according to purpose is Practical, in terms of data collection is Descriptive correlational. The population consists of 4700 employees at Kaveh industrial. Among them, 355 employees are selected based on stratified random sampling method as the sample size. To collect the data, standard questionnaires are used. After collecting the data, they are desescribed through the mean, standard deviation, by SPSS-21 software and data Statistical Inference is carried out through structural equation modeling with the help of LISREL-v8.80 software. Reliability and validity are confirmed the results show that the degree of appropriateness of proposed model is appropriate with regard to components research. Finding: The results of the study indicate that organizational wisdom has significant impact on interpersonal trust with the mediating role of emotioal intelligence among employees at Kaveh industrial city.

The Aim of the research is to study the moderating role of service failure in the relationship between a three-set of personality traits as independent variables, and switching behavior as dependent. It is an applied explanatory research and of correlational nature. Iran Insurance Company customers in Ilam Province served as the research population. A convenience sample was taken, the size of which is measured using Cochran’s formula. Following an initial study within the research structure, a standard instrument is administered, the face as well as the content validity of which was approved by some experts and academicians and its reliability was supported by 0.852 value of Cronbach's Alpha. Factor Analysis together with multivariate analysis, all set the framework of the research to analyze the data. Findings show that all the three independent variables including personality traits, emotional intelligence, and relationship involvement are in a significant relationship with the consumers’ switching behavior and the statistical fitness of the research model is also confirmed, i.e. although the service failure moderates the relationship between the three independent variables from a side, and the switching behavior as the dependent variable from the other side, but the effect is not that significant

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causes and consequences of psychological safety of staff Administration of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Razavi Khorasan province in the form of a conceptual model. For this purpose the 101 employees of the department as a case study sampling were selected randomly through a questionnaire distributed among them was to gather the required information. Structural Equation modeling to analyze the resulting data and partial least squares method was used by statistical software PLS and the results of the conceptual model fitness indices suggest a good fit of the research model. Path analysis was used to test specific hypotheses. All assumptions related to factors affecting into psychological safety were acceptable except for social support and assumptions influenced by psychological safety factors and were confirmed. Also, it was shown that psychological safety in the relationship between emotional intelligence with organizational citizenship behavior and trust with willingness to share knowledge plays an intermediary role.
