Recent trends in the corporate management world highlight organizational commitment to environmental and social improvement initiatives of varying qualities and degrees, commonly termed corporate social responsibility (CSR).E-government is defined as ‘‘utilizing the Internet and the World-Wide-Web for delivering government information and services to citizens.Many countries have attempted to implement electronic government (e-government) as the most fundamental infrastructure for such programs.The purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between e-Government (E-G) and corporate social responsibility in Tehran mayoralty.In this research, E-Government's dimensions as following: Government to citizenship (G2C), Government to Government (G2G), Government to Employees (G2E) and Government to Business (G2B).Corporate social responsibility dimensions as following: Health and safety, Discrimination, Working hours and Remuneration.In this research, Employees (n = 119) participated in the Study based on 40-item questionnaire, containing four different sets of items related to Health and safety, Discrimination, Working hours and Remuneration in related to E-Government.In first chapter, we explained Research totality. In second chapter, we explained Research literature. In third chapter, we described Research method and Information Analysis in forth chapter.Finally, we had conclusion and recommendations for all mayoralties of country and future research.

Agility is one of the newest concepts in the field of organizations management that is presented for using of environmental changes and satisfying customers' needs and it only cannot be considered in private sector. Thus, government organizations need to be agile because of multiplicity clients and the more need to meet their needs and demands and in order to development and excellence in the areas of speed, quality and the most of all in the costs. The aim of study is survey information and communication technologies (e-government) as the best means of increasing the speed and quality of service and the central role of information technology on organization agility. Statistical population is Civil Registration Organization of Tehran province and it's territory. The main tool for data collection, is questionnaire. Questionnaire were distributed for more of 196 person of Statistical sample and we were collected and analyzed 132 questionnaires. Finally, in order to analyze the data was used from the confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods and Lisrel & Spss software. Results suggest that there is a significant relationship beetwen organization agility & it's dimentions with e-government.

Public administration environment has become more than any time complex, dynamic and revolutionized. The changes trespass the organizations boundaries consecutively and make managers face with new challenges. Survival and excellence in such an environment is attainable solely with change and adoption with dynamicity. Actually e-government as a new serving approach is a response to environmental challenges and adoption with new business world which has turned the attention of public administration in ICT age. Considering the importance of topic this article tries to investigate the meaning of e government and then present a pattern to transmit to e government. This pattern has designed in a way to consider different aspects of the issue and introduce a clear perspective of the transmission process.
