This study aimed to identify the impact of human capital on entrepreneurial behavior of the knowledge-based companies and was performed in Science and Technology Park of Tehran University in 1393. The survey population was 64 managers of knowledge-based companies, and according to Morgan table the sample size was 56 individuals. Method of data gathering is based on two standard questionnaires to measure research variables. Data analysis was conducted in two parts: measurement model and a sturtural part. In the measurement model, the technical charactersitics of questionnaries inculuding reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity were examined and necessary amendments were adopted. In the structure, the structure coefficients of the model were used to evaluate research hypotheses. Results indicate a positive and significant impact of human capital and its dimensions on the entrepreneurial behavior of the firms. It was conclude that human capital is a potential source of competitive advantage for knowledge-based companies. Which eventually led to the development of these companies and also enhance the situation of entrepreneur in these firms.

One of the most important challenges facing the human resources domain experts proved the role of these resources in the value of organization. With the advent of knowledge organizations in the Knowledge based economy, the contribution of human capital in the value of organization overtaken of physical capital and structural and heavy investment in human resources for convert them to the main factor Competitive advantage is justified. The goal: The research aims to identify the impact of the investment Organization in convert human resources to human capital value of companies active in the knowledge base in the city of Tehran. Method: Data via the questionnaires were collected of 100 managers the active companies in the area Financial Services, Professional Services Marketing and Export, Management Consulting Services and information technology. Sampling in this study has been purposeful. To test the validity of questionnaires was used of teachers’ comments and to test of the Measurement reliability questioners of Cronbach's alpha coefficient. After collecting information used of modeling structural equation and software Amos18 for measurement research hypotheses. in this study used of two absorption approaches external talent and training Internal talent to show Investment Organization in human resources and to check Human Capital In the organization used of 4 Criterion ,count human capital, fit human capital with organization, Complementarities of human capital and uniqueness of human capitals. Results of research at Confidence level 95% show that intelligent Investment In its human resources, a significant impact on the value of human capital.

Development of information technology and communication networks greatly increased the share of information and knowledge deployment at the global level. In this regard, one of the most important resources of a company is intellectual capital. Today, intellectual capital is becoming an important source of economic growth. Therefore, managers are required to measure intellectual capital as an important criterion to enhance the business performance of the organization.The main objective of this study is The Effects of Intellectual Capital on Knowledge-Based Companies’ Performance in Persian Gulf Science and Technology Park located in Bushehr City. As for the research objectives, the present study can be classified as an “applied research” while as for data gathering, it is descriptive as a “correlation” research. Data collection tool was questionnaire and where its reliability tested by Cronbach's Alpha, Which shows the validity of the questionnaire. Data analysis performed by SPSS19 software. To test the research hypotheses, structural equation modeling and Amos software are used.The results show that intellectual capital has positively and significant affects on the enablers and it affects the performance of knowledge-based companies in Persian Gulf Science and Technology Park located in Bushehr City.

Organizations are entering to the knowledge based economy which in science and intangible assets are known as the most important competitive advantage for them. The present research aims to investigate the effect of intellectual capital on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition at knowledge based firms in Yazd’s science and technology park of Eghbal. Our statistical population contains 75 managers of knowledge based firms in Yazd’s science and technology park of Eghbal. Due to the limited numbers of managers, the census method was applied for sampling. The two standard questionnaires (Moon & Kym, 2006 and Puhakka, 2010) were used for gathering data. Structural equation modeling with smart PLS 2 software was applied for analyzing data in two sections of measurement model and structural model. In measurement model section, technical features of the questionnaire in terms of reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity were investigated. Moreover, in structural model section, path coefficients were used for testing hypotheses. The results indicate the positive and significant effect of intellectual capital and its dimensions on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition at knowledge based firms in our sample. Besides, we conclude that intellectual capital is a potential source for knowledge based firms’ competitive advantages that consequently leads to the growth and development of these firms and getting a better situation of entrepreneurship in them.

Recognizing and measuring of intellectual capital (IC) is on the agenda of most 21st century organizations. The purpose of this paper is to describe intellectual capital and IC elements and also to present a review of some of the most commonly known intellectual capital models. This paper, is structured into two sections. The first section proposes definition of intellectual capital and IC elements. The second section focuses on importance of measuring intellectual capital and commonly known IC measurement models. For this, a wide review of literature was made. In almost every created intellectual capital measurement model, elements of IC are defined in three dimensions; i.e. human capital, customer capital and structural capital.
