The aim of this research is to design Strategic model control for Iranian industries based on Kaplan and Norton's point of view. The main hypothesis of the research is as follows: "There is a relationship between the strategy formation process and the environmental changes with strategic Controls'. in this research, strategy formation process and environmental changes as independent variances and strategic control as dependent variance have been taken into account. In strategy formation process ,two philosophical methodologies as Internal attention and External attention have been used.Furthennor.in conducting the strategies. Radical change and Incremental change have been considered as important . Four main Perspectives are influential in the appraisal and control of the strategies which are as follow: Internal processes control .Learning & growth . control .Financial control. Customer control. The case study includes industrial units in Iran . The information gathering process has been conducted through interview and questionnaire. In additional vti firms from different industries have been selected by random to complete the survey . The methodology of the research is practical as considering the conclusion, explanatory as considering the objective and qualitative as concerned with the data types. The finding Shows that the main hypotheses of the research have been confirmed.

Globalization of economy is posing unprecedented opportunities and challenges for firms especially in developing countries. How does a firm best structure itself to thrive in current dynamic environment with high degree of uncertainty and go about entering global markets is one of the most risk")' issues in this era. Technology development strategy in alignment with business strategy is of increasing importance to achieve sustaining development. In this paper we introduce global balance approach as a potent driver for crafting technology development strategy. This paper provides an overview to technology development framework and methodology in SAIRAN, composed of technology selection, acquisition strategy, and timing, at the core of which lies capability assessment, attractiveness and roadmapping. A case study on technology development in the field of medical equipments and entering global market verifies the introduced methodology and how it can support global balance approach in order to deliver successful products in fast response to market, with higher quality, service levels, scalablity, flexibility and lower price

Traffic Asset Maintenance Management is a strategic and systematic process of operating, maintaining, upgrading and expanding physical assets effectively throughout their life cycle. It helps governments achieve high performance and safety indexes, even though they spend a tight budget. Reaching to the confidential outputs would merge dangerous points or segments. With the engineering decisions, these points could be vanished. Traffic signs are various and have several usages, such as; warning, obligation, yield sing. Majority of signs have vital role in traffic control and safety. Therefore, with this importance, traffic signs should be organized and categorized in accurate data bank Data gathering is the most important part of traffic sign inventory. This article will outline a traffic asset maintenance management model. The data gathering method is advised for achieving our purpose easily, which is accurate and useful

In the competitive situation of nowadays, organizations are continuously evaluating and surveying their performance. Understanding the components which involve performance , an organization may raise up its position in market. Data envelopment analysis has been accepted as an approach to compare and evaluate the performance which has been employed widely in the researches. In this paper, we use DEA to evaluate the monthly performance of an automobile parts manufacturer and to recognize the good and bad performance. What is important in this research is to use common weights to prevent iteration in solving the model because of alteration in data. In this paper, first we use DEA as an basic model to obtain monthly performance measures and then using common weights, we acquire the performance measures according to two set of historical and current data. Furthermore, we utilize control charts to recognize the months with bad performance from good one. Eventually, we use experts judgments to verify the results of model.

After 30 years of professional work, Tehran railway exploitation company transfers more than 1.5 million passenger in Tehran and it's suburbs, but still challenges with Performance measurement like other governmental companies. It is difficult for management of such companies, that are naturally non-profit organizations, to improve the performance using Ineffective methods of traditional performance systems that are primarily based on financial criterions. Using balance score card model that simultaneously with financial aspects performs the appraisal relying on three aspects of customer, process, learning and growing, can create efficient appraisal system for managers of these companies. The base of this research, is performance appraisal of TRE company with BSC model, and the main question is that whether performance of TRE company is balanced or not? So, performance of this company was studied in four aspects, using 23 measures including 14 quantity measure created by performance of company and 9 quality measures produced by distributing 1800 questionnaires. Then each index related to any measures is calculated and after combination of scores created by performance appraisal TRE Company and outcome of research shows that study by BSC model is balanced.

Control and investigation are considered as major managerial duties, so that, without this element, other functions such as planning, organizing, and directing would be incomplete, and there is no guarantee to effectively accomplish them. On the other hand, if systematic control and supervision are exercised, there won't be any problem to meet organization goals and objectives. But lack of control and accountability will not allow citizen participation in administrative activities, and this results in preventing organizations to have constructive and informative solutions and ideas that probably clients and/or citizens could make available to them. This research project was conducted in Nation's General Investigation organization from a statistical sample of 144 managers and super visor for the last two years. Applying statistical regression analysis, research finding indicate that considering control and investigation elements in organizations such as "organizational accountability", "legal accountability", "professional accountability" and "political accountability" have significantly and effectively affect and improve organization performance and goal achievement.

The Supplier selection problem (SSP) is associated with deciding how one supplier should be selected from a number of potential alternatives. This paper describes the decision-making process and explains the case study of purchasing a pressure reactor in Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIP!). Comparative study shows that the presented model has a valid mathematical basement and is a simply applicable model. We believe that applying the model helps the procurement managers in most effective manner dealing with his decision-making problems.

In recent years, the place of spirituality in organizations has been increasingly considered by managers, excecutives, employees, and researchers to be essential to the organization, s interactions with employees, customers, and the community. However, little attention has been paid in the literature to the investigation of spirituality as a cultural phenomenon that might influence organizational behavior It seems clear from the spirituality literature that people with higher levels of spirituality are healthier, happier, and more productive at work.
