چکیده

پروژه‌ها بستر بسیار مستعدی برای یادگیری هستند ولی به دلیل موقت بودن پروژه‌ها یادگیری در سازمان‌های پروژه محور رسوب نمی‌کند. پیش‌ازاین در حوزه سازمان‌های عملیاتی مدل‌هایی برای شکل‌دهی مفهوم سازمان یادگیرنده ارائه شده ولی این مدل‌ها به دلیل چالش‌های خاصی که در سازمان‌های پروژه محور حاکم است نمی‌توانند در یکپارچه نمودن یادگیری در این نوع سازمان‌ها کاربردی باشند. در این مقاله با بررسی ادبیات و شناسایی 4 محور اصلی مرتبط با یادگیری در سازمان‌های پروژه محور، مدلی اولیه برای سازمان یادگیرنده پروژه محور توسعه می‌یابد. از طریق پژوهش کیفی در دو سازمان پروژه محور صنعت نفت و گاز، کارآیی مدل اولیه بررسی و پس از اصلاحات، مدل نهایی پژوهش ارائه شده است. داده‌ها از خلال مصاحبه با 20 نفر از متصدیان پروژه در سازمان‌های پروژه محور و تحلیل و کدگذاری 615 عبارت به دست آمده است. با توجه به این که بهره‎گیری از نگاه کیفی در حوزه سازمان یادگیرنده کمتر مورد توجه بوده و تاکنون مطالعه‌ای که به سازمان یادگیرنده پروژه محور پرداخته باشد مشاهده نشده، تحقیق حاضر به‌عنوان یک مطالعه نوآورانه مطرح است.

چکیده [English]

Project’s is considered a convenient space for learning, due to the temporary nature of the projects, this learning does not become institutionalized in project-based organizations (PBOs). Certain models have already been presented in the area of operational organizations in order to form the concept of a learning organization (LO), but these models cannot be used to integrate the learning concept into this type of organizations. By literature review of learning in project-based organization and by identifying 4 subjects of this field a primary model for PBLO is developed. This study examines the efficiency of a primary model of PBLO by conducting a qualitative research on two PBOs in the oil and gas industries. It then revises the model accordingly to present the final model. The data was collected from interviews with 20 individuals in the PBOs. A total of 615 statements made by interviewees were coded and summarized as concepts of the model. Since the qualitative approach to LOs has been neglected and no study has addressed the issue of PBLOs, this research presents an innovative study.
