That is, which of the personal features of a person is effective in his/her internal motivation, and thereby, in his/her productivity? 2- Is there any relationship among various personal features, which are effective in his/her productivity? 3- Are there common features in different personal aspects which are effective in individuals' productivity, based upon which and relying on strong psychological theories, one can introduce a pattern and profile for an effective person?
