Abstract

What today is named Behavioral Sciences is not anything except a means for increasing efficiency and effectiveness. In other words, most behaviorists look at behavior as a means for achieving the organizational goals. In Islamic Management' attempts are made to improve those human behaviors which might help to get closer to the almighty. With such a position, the question is: what is the means of Islamic Management for increasing efficiency & effectiveness? Which way has offered for achieving the goals in organizations by Islam without using behavior as a means? Does Islam have any technique for this purpose or the Ollama should find the means (Feghh) and offer to people?
